two weeks passed by, manvi and the baby were now inseparable. manvi took care of the baby as a mother and tha baby also took manvi as her mother. she didnt like being in anybody's arms other than manvi. she wants nothing but manvi and manvi was also no less. she was all day busy in her little princess and mitali was so happy these days loving both - the old honeybun and new honeybun. mahesh was now atached to that little angel and she used to giggle whenever she saw mahesh making funny faces and talking to her. naina was too crazy about the baby, she used to visit daily not for manvi but for the baby. rishabh was happy seeing manvi happy with the baby but somewhere down he wasnt liking what all was happening. his manvi had less time for him now. most of her attention was only on the baby and she didnt even meet him properly in this time.
manvi called virat after she made the baby sleep.
virat : hello...
manvi : kaise ho...??? (how are u...??)
virat : better...
manvi : virat woh... i mean.. baby.. i mean..
virat : bring her home manvi...
manvi : what...?? i was saying that u should come over and meet her... afterall she is your daughter and she needs you...
virat : thats what i am saying... she needs to get back to her home now...
manvi : let her stay with me more...
virat : manvi this is her house and she cant stay with u and ur family for the rest of the life...
manvi : hmm..
virat : listen how will you come...??
manvi : i have my car...
virat : get ready, i will come to pick you both...
manvi : both...??
virat ; yeah... u and the baby...
manvi (happily) : okkk
manvi disconnected the call and looked at her innocent angel.
manvi : so you are going... leaving me all alone... princess ur dad is coming to atke u back... i miss u my baby... i love you... i dont know how will i live u now... but i guess i have to... please apni manvi bhool mat jaana... dont forget me... please... and angel dad ko pareshaan mat karna... okk...?? remeber dad loves you sweetie and you have to love him back. dont cry at night form now on and try to sleep like a good girl. from tonight i wont be there to entertain you or play with you... doodu peene mein shararat mat karna...okkk...?? aur papa ko apni woh beutiful smile bhi dena... mera shona... god bless you meri jaan...
manvi wiped her tears and packed the baby's stuff and got ready.
manvi : mom...??
mitali : yes my honeybun...
manvi : virat is ocming to take the baby home... i will go with him and will return soon...
mitali : what...?? but why so soon...??? my honeybun is sleeping right now... ask virat to come later.
just then the doorbell rang.
mitali : i will go to open the door...
manvi turned around and looked at the baby again. she never thought that she would get so attached to the baby that separating from her, would hurt so much.
virat : manvi...
manvi turned around and looked at virat who was looking very weak and has even lost some wieght.
manvi : virat are you okk...??? you are looking so weak... why arent you taking care of yourself...??
virat was quiet and looking at her blankly. manvi instantly ran to him and hugged him.
manvi : partner... please... please take care of youself... virat... i cant see you like this. are you listening to me...??
manvi felt no moment and realised that only she was hugging him. so she was about to break the hug when she felt him arms wrapping around her. he pulled her closer and now manvi could clearly hear his heartbeat.
virat : manvi... i am so lonely... this loneliness and killing me... i dont wnat to be alone... i cant live like this... partner... i am shattered... i have been trying to gather myself together but i am failing miserably.
manvi : sab theek ho jaega... main hoon na virat... evrything will be fine...
just then they heard the sound of somebody giggling. manvi broke the hug and looked at her princess and sat on the bed beside the baby.
manvi : alley mela shona jaag gya... itni badi smile... daddy's daughter huh... virat dekho na... (asking virat to join her)
virat came near the bed and for the first time saw his daughter carefully. she was really beautiful and angelic.
virat : manvi... she is beautiful...
manvi : i know...
manvi picked the baby in her arms and shifted a little closer to virat.
manvi : baby dad is here... smile at him... give that big wlai smile meri jaana...
the baby smiled at virat and virat too smiled back.
manvi : pta hai virat... she is very naughty... she sleeps in the day and at night she is all fresh. no where in the mood of sleeping... i have to play with her till late nights and she too enjoys it a lot. and while drinking milk, she is all very smarty n naughty, she thinks its a game... i will try to make her drink milk and she will just blow it out and then she giggles like anything and-
mitali : virat...??
virat : ji...
mitali : woh aaj lunch karke jaana... i have prepared everything...
virat : aunty but...
mitali : no buts... you are taking my honeybun with you, so thats your punishment...
virat : honeybun...???
manvi : baby... yes baby... mum calls baby honeybun (manvi said hurriedly before mitali could tell virat anything about this honeybun thing)
virat : ohh... ok aunty... lunch deal is done...
mitali : great...
virat smiled at mitali and mitali left for the kitchen.
virat : manvi... thank you...
manvi : thank u...??? for what...??? lunch... ohh thats okk...
virat : not about the lunch u mandbuddhi , for taking care of her...
manvi : next time u thank me regarding this, i will punch you hard.

manvi showed virat her mobile which had the pic as a wallpaper.

manvi : naina toh absolutely love her... she comes daily to play with her... haina meri jaan...
manvi blew some air on her face and in response the baby giggled.
virat : she seems to like u manvi...
manvi : she loves me virat... but u know what i love her more than myself...
virat : uff...!!! what have u done my baby...??? u converted a pragmatic girl into an emotional one... my daughter is really amazing...
the baby again giggled and moved her hands too...
manvi : haawww... tum baby ke saamne mujhe tease kar rahe ho... oh no virat... what will she think of me...???
virat : she is too small to think something manvi...
manvi : oh hello... she is very smart like me and definitely not a dumb like u...

and manvi kept the baby on the bed and glared at virat. befor emanvi can retirt back, the baby started crying and manvi again took her in her arms. virat saw that she stopped crying the moment manvi took her in her arms and this worried hima little...

naina : actually na virat my bhai is out of station from last 4 days and he has sent a surprise for mannu...

manvi was looking at the baby and mentally pleading naina to shut her mouth.
manvi : i will get milk for the baby... virat take care of her and nain come with me na...
naina : go n get milk yourself...

manvi and naina left the room leaving virat and the baby alone in the room.
