I think these are behind the scene pictures and if Surbhi is looking tired or rather a little puffy eyed, I think that is on purpose with make up to show that Zoya is upset and maybe she is crying or really sad for something. I think that is the reason Asad will try to cheer her up.

I am sure Surbhi's look is such because of her character's mood in the story.
