A content smile crept across his lips as he kept looking at his sister's face. Twinkle in her eyes and smile on her lips told him,how happy she actually was.Maan had seen his sister this happy after a long time.She,Aarav,Aaravi,Maya and Raj had come to meet them before moving to Kolkata where Raj was posted lately.His gaze then traveled to his wife.She and Aarav were busy showing each other their "colored" tongues while enjoying their "Barf ka golas{Ice lollies} simultaneously.He was pleasantly surprised when he found his sister joining both of them in "Show your tongue" activity.His hands immediately went to his pocket to grab his cell phone to capture these happy moments.
"I promise,I would always keep her this happy.." Raj's voice gained his attention as he saw him taking a seat on the couch beside him. Maan responded with a smile saving the image he had captured just a moment ago in his cell phone."Laddu..Why didn't you tell me about my mother's behaviour with Kiran before???"Raj asked further.
His question startled Maan quite badly as he looked incredulously in Raj's eyes."Yes Maan,I have taken this decision only after I came to know about the injustice ,my wife and my daughter were enduring..I don't know what was your reason behind hiding all this from me but You have hurt me..I have always treated you as my younger brother..Just tell me,if we were real brothers and our mother had been treating my wife this way,you would not have told me???"
Maan tried to formulate an answer to his question but nothing came out from his mouth. Every time his conscience asked him to tell everything to Raj,he had stopped himself by remembering everything Raj had done for him and his family.He had left everything on the fate as he had decided to wait for the moment when his sister would herself tell her husband everything..
" I am sorry Jija ji but I was waiting for Di to tell you.."Maan admitted in a feeble voice.
"You think,she would have ever told me..She still feels herself responsible for that miscarriage..Her guilt would never have let her do that.." Raj told him.
"If di didn't tell you then who told you??" Maan raised the obvious question.
Instead of answering him,Raj just handed him an envelope."Read it..you would come to know everything.." He exclaimed with a smile before moving towards his mother and daughter who busy enjoying the luxury of her grand mother's lap.
Maan was about to read the letter in the envelope when Geet dragged him for playing Hide and seek with them.He shoved the envelope in his jeans pocket to read it later.

Silence had consumed the air once again as Kiran di and her family left the house but Maan could feel the peace and contentment in this "Silence" as he settled himself on the couch in the hall.Maa was taking rest in the room after the dinner whereas geet was busy enjoying her "Kala Khatta" flavored "Barf Ka gola" in their bedroom. Mamta had made Maan bring this for Geet to cheer Geet's sullen mood after Aarav and aaravi's departure. He gave a tired sigh as he brought out the envelope form his pocket. It had a letter for Raj. He was surprised to see Geet's name as sender on the envelope.With much anticipation,he opened the letter to read it...
Dear Jija ji..
I know,you would be little surprised to get a sudden letter from me in the age of "emails" and "Viber" But sometimes,Its easy to write and hard to say.Moreover,I was not very sure whether I should tell you or not "what" i am going to share you with this letter.That is why I am not going to put any "postal stamps" on this letter.It would be solely fate's decision to make this letter to reach you..Besides that,I am posting it from a place where postal and Telephone network services are not very good..!!
Now let me come to the point..Jija ji..I am writing this letter to "complain" you about your mother.I am sorry if you find my words offensive and rude but I don't know how to sugarcoat them so they don't offend you.
I already know the reason behind Maya aunty's rude behaviour towards Kiran di.Her loss is big But she had not suffered alone.More than her,Kiran di had suffered that miscarriage.She can't console Kiran di because of her anger but atleast,she should not keep on reminding her that dreadful accident with her taunting words. I have witnessed her such behaviour with my own eyes.Kiran di does not tell you about this because of her guilt.My husband has his own reasons for not telling you and Ideally He or his wife should not poke their noses in your family matters.But Jijaji,My patience broke down because this time along with Di,Aarav and Aaravi have also suffered.Under her anger,Maya aunty has supported aarav's sibling rivalry to such extent that he could have suffocated aaravi with cushion.Besides that,Her discrimination towards her granddaughter troubles me alot.
I wanted to stop all this jija ji But I did not know what to do.I asked Kiran di to talk with maya aunty but she refused.She is right in her refusal because I know,out of all the people in this world,only "YOU" can make your mother understand her mistakes{Intentional and unintentional}..I am sure she would listen to you and would try to change her attitude.
Thats all Jija ji..I again apologize if I had said something that I should not..
Sorry I did not ask about your well-being which I should have asked at first...Hope you are doing well with your health..

There was smile on his lips and tears in his eyes as he finished reading the letter. Geet had done what he wanted to do since a long time but could never muster enough courage.She had gifted him biggest and best gift of his life,"Happiness of his sister"..He read the letter one more time and fell in love with his wife once again. His impatient steps moved towards his room as urge of taking her in his arms overwhelmed him..

Geet slurped "sour-sweet" juice from her Ice Lolly ,opening the window of her room.There was slight drizzling outside whereas Room was echoing with the sweet voice of her husband's favorite "RJ Divya"..
March ki raat mein Dheemi Dheemi barish aut thandi thadi hawa..janab yeh bin mausam barsat toh pyaar karne walo ke liye hai..But still,setting puri nahi hai..Is Romantic setting ko pura karne ke liye,aapki divya,aapko sunayegi pyare pyare romantic songs..So lets starts with latest track from "Nautanki Sala" in the melodious voice of Falak Shabir..
Geet closed her eyes as blow of chilled wind from outside kissed her face.Her ears enjoyed the soothing music where as her taste buds were indulged in "sweet chillness"..She was little panic on finding her room completely dark when she opened her eyes. She took the breath of relief as she turned around to see her husband standing near the door.
"Why did you switch off the lights laddu???" She asked.
Instead of answering her,Maan just switched on the bed lamp on his way towards the window.Room was now filled with dim and milky light..
Before geet could raise another question,She was silenced with a sudden Kiss from her husband.Her cold and tangy lips enjoyed the warmth of his lips as her arms,in their own accord went around his neck.Her right hand was soon busy caressing his nape where as left one was still holding the ice lolly.Kiss was deepened with the time as the Ice lolly kept on melting on Maan's back.He stiffened little when chilled juice traveled down his spine through his shirt but still he did not break the kiss.At that moment,his heart was bursting with love for his wife and need of "expression" was important than any other thing around them.
Geet was able to feel the difference and demand in Kiss tonight.Need of air made her pull out from the kiss first,despite her wish.It was then,her attention went to "melted Ice lolly" and maan's shirt which was wet and sticky now.
"I am so sorry laddu.." She spoke removing her hands from his neck immediately.
"Its ok.." She heard him whisper as his strong arm embraced her waist and pulled her close.She was utterly surprised when she found him placing slow kisses down her throat.A bunch of butterflies fluttered in her stomach as goose bumps appeared on her body.Her trembling fingers could not hold the ice lolly anymore.His lips were grazing her throat downwards where as his hands were moving upwards..She could not bear the torture anymore when his fingers touched the place where she was never touched before as her hands pushed him away urgently thus creating distance between them.Her push miffed her husband little.Next moment her both wrists were held behind her back in his one hand.She tried hard to free herself but could not continue her efforts because of trail of kisses which were being showered on her collar bones by him.Strength of his hold made her realize for the first time how delicate and soft she actually was.
"Leave me please.."She tried to say loud and clear but words came out like a whisper.
"No..you would push me away.."He denied.
"I won't maan.."
"I don't trust you.."He said with a wicked smile.
"I swear on shinchan.."She spoke innocently.
Only his wife could bring a "cartoon character" in such romantic atmosphere.He thought with a smile as he loosened his hold on her hands.
"Its my turn now.."He heard her say further as she tried to hold his hands in the same way he was holding hers just a moment ago.He let her do whatever she was doing.He felt exactly what geet was feeling till now when she placed a soft kiss on his adam's apple but instead of pushing her way,he freed his hands from her soft hold and pulled her closer.
"So finally your fantasy came ture.." He whispered in her ear before kissing her ear lobe.."Hey I never knew,you have mole behind your ear.."His husky baritone made her shiver more than the touch of his lips on her mole.
And that was the first secret,his lips had discovered.A lot more were followed after that as he carried her to their bed in his arms.His "touches" discovered a "shy woman" in bold and childish geet where as her "submission" discovered an "impatient lover" in otherwise composed maan. When even air seemed to create distance between them,all the physical barriers were shed as "melted ice lolly on the floor","rain outside " ,"RJ divya's voice and her romantic songs" witnessed the union of two bodies and souls drowned in love...!!!

He opened his heavy eyelids with much effort only to see his wife standing infront of "dressing table" in his shirt.She was checking her face quite intently in the mirror.He checked the time on his watch.It was showing 5.30 of the morning.
"What are your doing there hemamalini.." Maan asked in a sleepy voice with his eyes closed.
"I am trying to find "post coital" glow on my face but its not there.." Geet said in disappointed voice marching towards the bed with angry steps.
If he wasn't this sleepy,he surely would have burst in to hysterical laughter at her statement.
"Maan..you did not love me properly.." Geet grumbled hitting on his shoulder.
"Who said,you are not glowing.." Maan exclaimed kissing her hand.."You are not only glowing..you are flashing so much that I am unable to open my eyes..I think,i would need to wear my sunglasses to see you now.."
"Really laddu.." Geet asked innocently.
Maan could not control his laughter after that..
"Aaahhh..laddu..You are mocking me.." Geet said getting up from the bed but she was pulled back immediately to his embrace.
"Ok ..ok sorry.." Maan apologized.."You always glow like moon hemamalini.."
"Stop flattering me patidev.."
"You want to glow more,"patni devi"???" Maan asked with a wink nuzzling her hair.
"No.." Geet denied.
" But I want to.." Maan spoke kissing her cheek.
"Wait maan..I have to do something important first.." Geet exclaimed with a serious face picking up her cell phone.
Maan was amused beyond limits as she send a message to her "friend" stating,"Mystery is finally solved..".followed by a "wink smiley" and "blushing smiley"..
"Done.." She exclaimed with smile.
Before they could continue their "Mission glowing", a loud "beep" from cell phone disturbed them.It was message from geet's friend asking the obvious question.."Are you glowing???"
Maan was irritated badly as he snatched geet's cell phone.."Let me answer her.." He spoke as he started typing a reply to geet's freind..
"What her name hemamalini???he asked.
"Palin.." Geet answered.
"hmm"..Maan said with a sigh as he typed..
