Part 10

Armaan was back in morning at 5 am he was very tired and was rubbing his neck he walked in room and saw beautiful face of her wife who was sleeping peacefully his tiredness was vanished after seeing her angelic face he walked towards bed and sat on it

He moved close to her and removed some strands of her hairs from her face

He thought how someone can look so cute she was looking like a baby who has slept calmly she hugged her soft teddy bear more tightly in her sleep Armaan was feeling very jealous of teddy bear he want that she should hug him not that teddy bear

When suddenly his eyes caught something on a side table and he took in his hand

He opened the file and was completely shocked to see the papers of determination

His expression were unbelievable finally he thought deep did she married only because of this determination

No this can't be she likes him that's why she married him he remembered the moments whenever she spoke rudely to him and thought did she really likes him finally he thought no she has married him only cause of this determination how can she, and why she didn't even bothered to tell me about this he was hurt very badly after knowing the truth and the most thing was hurting him that she didn't even told him about all this.

In morning he woke up by hearing some sounds, he rubbed his eyes and saw that Shilpa was madly searching something and throwing things here and there he understood with her expressions what she wanted

He stood up and took out the file from side drawer

He walked towards her and spoke: are you searching for this

Shilpa turned her face to him and saw the file in his hand finally she took the breath of relief and next she was stunned she thought did he read the papers

Armaan was staring at her angrily

"How could you Shilpa" Armaan looked straight into her eyes

Shilpa was about to speak when Armaan interrupted her

Armaan: Don't speak even one word Shilpa I asked you several times before marriage why you are getting married to me why you said yes for this marriage and today finally I found out the truth, Shilpa was looking down and she bitted her lower lip when Armaan threw the file on bed and grabbed her upper arms tightly and she got scared seeing his anger

"How could you Shilpa, you didn't even care to tell me the truth that cause of this determination you said yes for the marriage and I thought that you have started to like me, he smiled and again stopped, you only needed money and for that you married to me right,

Shilpa's eyes were filling with tears she didn't know what to say him because she knew that she was in fault he had asked her many times before marriage but she never told him the truth and now when she is slowly excepting this marriage from heartily than why now this issue came between them

Armaan left her arms and shaking his head with hurt eyes he walked out

She sank on the floor and "I am sorry Armaan" she spoke between her sobs

Armaan walked in garden with anger was filled inside him and he sat on a bench to calm his anger he kept his both palms on his forehead

His thoughts: why Shilpa why didn't you told me about determination before he remembered the moments when he was close to her and she was not comfortable he remembered the locker room scene where she spoke very rudely to him

He closed his eyes and rubbed his forehead with his fingers

He stood up and started to walk back in house

He entered in room and saw Shilpa was sitting on a bed and was lost in her thoughts

Armaan straight walked towards washroom when Shilpa noticed him

Shilpa stood up and followed him

Shilpa: Armaan please listen to me

He closed the door on her face she was irritate with his attitude but she knows it was not his fault anyone would have react same the way he is reacting now but what she should do now

When she spoke from outside to Armaan

I know Armaan you are very angry and you should be it was my fault I should have told you

But I thought I will tell you on wedding night but everything went wrong please talk to me Armaan I can explain you everything

Shilpa walked away after saying all these words

Armaan leaned to the wall of washroom he had heard everything what Shilpa said from outside

At Sanjeevani

Shilpa was walking in corridor when other interns joined her

They all walked towards nurse station

And Shilpa was shocked by not seeing Armaan there she saw that Dr. Kirti was standing there to give them duties

Dr. Kirti: today I am going to give your duties to all of you Dr. Armaan is not here

Shilpa: Dr. Kirti where is Dr. Armaan

Kirti: do I look like Dr. Armaan's assistant that you are asking me where he is

She looked down and spoke: I am sorry

Dr. Kirti: Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Anjali general ward, Dr. Rahul and Dr. Muskaan cancer ward and Dr. Atul children ward she walked away after giving them duties

All interns walked away to do their duties Shilpa was still standing there and was lost in her thoughts when Anjali tugged her

Anjali: hey common let's go for duties

Shilpa nodded and walked away with Anjali

In break time she entered in locker room and went near her locker she opened it and took out her cell

She called Armaan but his mobile was switch off she was getting more worried now by thinking where he must have gone when Shashank walked in and saw his daughter

Shilpa glanced at him

Shilpa: dad I thought you forgot me after my wedding

Shashank hugged him and spoke: no Shona actually I was too busy these days and how are you and Armaan

She thought how she will tell her dad about her fight with Armaan no she can't she will solve this by herself

Shilpa moved back and spoke: we both are fine dad Shashank noticed Shilpa's sad expressions

Shashank: Shona are you happy with him

Shilpa smiled and spoke: very much dad don't worry at all and you were right Armaan is really nice guy and he really takes care of me a lot same like you

Shashank: ok so inform Armaan that you both are invited for dinner tomorrow

Shilpa nodded and Shashank gave soft kiss on her top of head and walked away

Shilpa finally finished her work and left Sanjeevani

She walked in house and searched for Armaan she thought maybe he must be not feeling well and that's why he didn't came in hospital but she was shocked not seeing him in the house

She sank on a bed her mind was not working at all she thought now what she should do how she can find him and where must be Armaan

When suddenly she glanced at his photo frame which was kept on side table she took photo frame in her hands and moved her fingers on his face

"Where are you Armaan, why you are so much angry on me that you didn't even cared to inform me where are you please come back safely and come back soon she closed her eyes and her tears fell on his photo frame

She was just praying to God that wherever he is he should be alright she kept his photo on her chest her tears were continuously falling down from her eyes

When suddenly she heard the horn of his car

She opened her eyes and ran downstairs to have his glimpse

She was running like mad her dupatta fell down on stairs and she ran towards the door

Armaan was about to knock the door

When she opened the door and finally saw her husband's face

She smiled between her tears and he was shocked to see her state

She was without her dupatta and her face was full wet with tears

Armaan moved close to her and spoke: what has happen to you

She slapped him tightly on his cheek and he was stunned

She immediately hugged him tightly and cried a lot now he was confused

Slowly he moved her back and walked in house with her

He made her sit on a sofa and he sat down on his knees he saw that she was still sobbing

Armaan: Shilpa stop crying otherwise I will kiss you again and again

She sobbed more loudly

Armaan: ok fine I am not going to kiss you but you please stop crying I can't bear your tears

Shilpa spoke between her sobs: you freak Armaan Malik can't you even bother to inform me where you were I was so worried here and I was going mad by thinking you are alright or not

He smiled at her innocent words and thought that now someone was there to care for him someone was there to wait for him in house he never got this happiness in his whole life he was craving for someone who can care for him and tonight seeing Shilpa's concern for him made his heart dance in joy

He cupped up her face and spoke: hey my mobile battery was down so I couldn't call you and I was came in hospital and Dr. Kirti ordered me to go lonavla to check some patience so I left immediately

She was looking into his eyes

Shilpa: you know I was so scared here I was not even able to breath I know my mistake was there I should have told you about determination but believe me Armaan I have excepted this marriage heartily and I have no regrets to marry you.

She moved down and hugged him he smiled and was caressing her hairs

Armaan: I know I wouldn't have behave like that in morning but i was shocked I was not able to except the truth but later I realized you were not wrong at all you have always been honest to me

Armaan moved Shilpa back, stood up and picked her up in his arms

She kept her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes

He entered in his room and was going near bed when Shilpa spoke: I don't want to sleep I want to talk to you; he smiled and walked towards balcony he kept her on swing and sat next to her

She kept her head on his shoulder and circled her hand on his back

He kept his head on her head

Armaan: what you wanted to talk

Shilpa: I want to tell you why I am like this why anger is filled inside me

Armaan: spill out I was waiting for this moment Shona

Shilpa: I was very happy in my small world with my mom and dad "she remembered the moments which she shared with her parents" I was very nice girl and I use to never shout at anyone anger was far away from me but since I was 16 years old my mom died due to blood cancer and I became like this rude with everyone "Armaan was staring at her and was trying to feel her pain" I was not able to handle the truth that my mom has died "Shilpa's eyes were being misty" and next dad send me to abroad for my studies and I decided that someday I will build my own cancer hospital where everyone can get best treatment and I will make sure that no one dies through this sickness Shilpa started to cry again when Armaan soothed her by placing his hand on her shoulder

Shilpa: you know Armaan in my age girls always have fun and have many affairs but I never dated anyone in my life I just wanted to concentrate on my studies and my dream you are the first guy who had entered in my life

Armaan smiled at her

After studies I came back here and joined Sanjeevani but my dad was forcing me to get married, she stood up from swing" but I was not ready at all actually I don't wanted to get married so soon but then I found out truth that I can't get my mom's determination without getting married then I agreed to marry you" Armaan also stood up and went close to her" she turned her face to him" I needed that money to build cancer hospital which is my dream I miss my mom so much after many days I have talked about her with someone I never use to talk with my dad about her cause I know he will get hurt and I can't hurt my dad.

Armaan hugged her and took in his warm embrace so she can calm herself

She hugged him back and they both stayed like this for few minutes

The cool breeze was running and they both were enjoying the peaceful moment in each other arms

Armaan felt her breath on his shoulder and noticed she was asleep

Armaan moved her back and picked her in his arms

He walked in room and laid her on a bed he pulled blanket on her body

He bends down and kissed on her forehead

He went near window and stood there for some time looking outside he was sure now that she has excepted this marriage

He remembered last night when he was so close to her and she didn't stopped him

And the way she was concerned for him when he was not around her only the good wife can be so much concerned for her husband

He smiled to himself and walked towards bed to sleep.
