We finally understand the thread that might tie sultan and madhu together,its the pain of broken trust that serves the as the bridge.MAdhu might develop some tenderness towards Sultan and sultan will obviously fall hard for MAdhu! (tenderness doesn't mean love). By the looks of it sultan too harbours a chattered heart that must clearly have been the deed of one of his loved ones.So they both had their share of misfortunes .MAny complain that madhu might be developing Stockholm syndrome but here its clearly a case of empathy.In a distant way they are kindred souls. This doesn't mean they have to be romantically involved .They might be on the road of another kind of relationship. Something unique.
