Where is Rest house?

The day Saras is walking from home to bus station, he stops a lady and asks her if there is a rest house nearby - something on similar lines... She does not understand the rest house since the word is in English. Saras then will explain it in Hindi to her and then she shows it to him. When this whole thing is going on, Saras has bags in his hands and is walking on the road and is Not in car...and the woman he was talking to, is none other than Ila behen Same woman who cow died. Actually she is walking with that cow at the time when Saras stops her to ask her question.

Yes. Even I was amazed that she was not able to recollect that Saras was on foot and was not driving a car. Maybe she is too dejected to recollect that.
