I think it's a misconception that vampish schemes bring in the ratings. They will only have an effect if the audience has connected with the emotions of the lead couple and right now it's more important that SaMud's relationship is developed. Gumaan has been significantly shown since last week so it's not like the audience isn't aware of her intentions.

Relax, people are watching the show and it's only just begun. When Gumaan enters Ratnagiri then it will spice things up but for that we will have to wait because the build up has to be right...you can't rush these things.
