Can a persons bad actions be justified ?

Can Akaashs actions be sympathised or emphathised with time over and over again just because he had 30 years of impoverished life that he was denied his basic name and rights.

A person can hv bad history but that does not mean his inhuman acts will b given forgiveness in the name of his so called past history .. Every person who commits a murder or rape or extortion hv a bad history in their childhood because no person is born evil ... so if law starts sympathising with all because of their past history , then the world will b filled with criminals only ...

Akash might hv a unfair past but that does not give him the right to do inhuman acts like what he did in hospital with Gayatri on her death bed

He needs to redeem himself and only then I can sympathise with him

Sometimes bad action can be justified which is the product of situation but not bad intention to destroy others happiness in the name of revenge.

well said , same way ish has to understand too, she does not have bad past but still she is playing bad n usker sky by talking bad about situation

exactly, his behaviour can never be justified...he will be hurt yes but demanding all these conditions and being so irrational can never be right...if radha's character as being portrayed as a humble good mother, then these are the values that she has tried i am sure to instill in akaash as any mother will instill in their children...so no his actions can and never be justified...

Nice question. We may certainly understand why Akash behaves the way he does, sympathize with him on some level, and be able to explain why he does what he does. But, IA, understanding him and being able to explain his behavior/choices does not and cannot absolve or excuse the way he behaves/the choices he makes. He's still accountable for the way he handles his anger and pain, no matter how much we may understand what's motivating him.

I'm going to take the less traveled route and say "yes" every person can garner sympathy and empathy for their actions, however sympathizing and empathizing does not absolve one of wrong doing.
I can understand hardships that someone has faced in life but that doesn't mean that that person should not be held accountable.
Aakash had a rough childhood (got it, feel bad for Aakash the child). That doesn't mean that Aakash the adult is off the hook for bad behavior. Unless he has a mental deficiency that makes him unable to distinguish right from wrong ( in which he case he shouldn't be allowed to roam free), everything that Aakash the Adult has done from pushing G3 to following Ishika's bad advice belongs squarely in Aakash's lap. He's an adult and needs to begin to act like one. If this is how he really thinks people with money act and he thinks that a bank account makes it okay to behave this way he really needs to grow up. If Aakash were written in a way that allowed for him to sympathize and empathize there would be no show.
In some strange way I think Aarti and Yash are just as reckless with their big heartedness as Aakash is confused about what he really wants.
See I just sympathized with everyone but they all need to "straighten up and fly right".
