When they were auditioning for the male lead in Saraswati Chandra, when Gautam walked in with his chiseled looks everyone must have fainted and Sanjay Leela Bhansali signed him on the spot, because he had his man. 😃😃😃

Yeah probably you're right.

I wish we could see the audition. i wonder who else did they consider for saras ? but anyway Gautam is definitely a right choice. got to love the way he portrays saras. brilliant acting. His deep eyes are so adorable.

SLB' s first choice for Saras and Kumud were Guatam n Jenny...they didn't have to much for the audition, juz a look test n that's it...we found our samud :)

They did an interview together while promoting SC
