The hot and dashing Shaheer Sheikh turned a year older yesterday (26 March 2013).

In fact, Tellychakklar.com also reported about his birthday plans yesterday. And today (27 March 2013) we happened to contact Shaheer's good friend and co-star of Navya Soumya Seth to know if she managed to wish him.

"He is out of Bombay, plus I am shooting 24x7 for my show Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat so there was no way for us to party together," said Soumya. Well like all his other friends Shaheer lied to the actress too about his outdoor plans. The actor did not move out of his house on his birthday as he isn't very fond of celebrating birthdays.

However, this pretty actress was the first one to wish the birthday boy as she averred, "I had met Shaheer three days ago as I knew that I wouldn't get to meet him on his birthday. So I wished him then. So, technically I am the first one to wish him."

When asked if she managed to gift him something she stated, "I haven't had the time to move out of my sets. So once I have the time I will buy him something."

So sweet…Soumya!!!
