CHAPTER 23:

There were less than 10 minutes left in it. all looks at each other deciding what to do next.

Sr: sir kafi complicated type ke bomb hai. aur time bhi bohot kam.

Arj: pehle isse ek aise jagah lejathe hai jaha hum kuch kar sakthe hai.

They move to an outer region of the mela. Meanwhile Sree checks out from his sources how to diffuse it. it was really tricky and the time was running out.

Arj: hum theiry pe ab behas nahi kar sakthe. We need to act now. Sam team ko dur lejao.

Sam: nahi Arjun, ye ek team work. Lets do it together.

Arj: but Sam, its risky.

Sam: we don't care. Come on lets do it.

They observe the wires and take a quick decision and after spme silence they cut it. the timer beeped aloud and then stopped. They sighed together.

Sr: we did sir.

Arj: ha Sree, but our work is not over yet. Shakar, we need hi at any cost.

Sam: Sree trace him out.

Suddenly Arjun's phone rings. "hello Riya, bolo"

He listens for a while and goes pale and then cuts the call.

Sam: kya hua Arjun?

Arj: Sam… bhai ke haal bohot kharab hai !!!

Sam looked worried too. "Sree, tum aur Chotu Shekhar ko trace karne ke koshish karo. We'll join you soon enough.

They rush to the hotel were Shaleen was kept. Riya was sitting close to him on the bed rubbing his hands. He was totally pale and shivering. The sight was so bad. The guys rush to him and feel him. He was so cold.

Ri: sir, please kuch kijiye. Anti dose abhi bhi raste me hi hai. we need it urgently. Wo gadi kissi Rally me bhas gaye hai. inke haal bigadthe hi jarahe hai. abhi hode pehle saans lene me thakleef horahe the. Isliye oxygen mask lagaya. Thank God, Sree ke paas portable oxygen supply tha.

She was genuinely worried. Now Shaleen was totally of conscious.

Sam's phone rings. "ha Sree bolo. Are you sure.? Ok hum arahe hai!!"

Turns to Arjun. "Arjun Shakar ke patha chal gaya!!"

They look at the shivering and decides to go ahead to the team. They meet at a place mentioned by Sree and saw a warehouse. It was a bit crowded. Thanks to Chotu's back up team they were in good umbers. They walk in taking down the men. There was a huge firing and that lead to many casualities. But at the end they capture Shakhar. He still had his wicked smile on. "Akhir pakad hi liya. Lekin koi fayda nahi. Ek tho apke dost mar jayenge aur dsre wo jo dhamaka jo miene bathaya tha, wo tho pura hokar hi tahega."

Arjun pulls him by collar. "kuch nahi hoga, ab batha kaha hai wo jo tumne chupaye hai? bolo?"

He loses his fury and so does the team. At last Shekahr is not in a position to handle more. He is about to collapse.

Arj: bol, kya plan kiya hai tumne?

Shek:ladkiyan…bomb… kal sham ko…

He collapse. They are more confused now.

Arj: kahi na kahi girls ko chupaye hai aur bombs bhi wahi hai. so lets find out. Sree Chotu patha lagao ke mela ke aas paas aise koi jagah hai ke nahi.

They move out after arresting Shekhar.

Sr: sir paas me ek circus hai. waha kuch tents bhi hai. tho kahi..

Sam: ha hosaktha hai. lets see to it.

they were not given access first and at last they moved in stealthly. They search for every possible postions and they found them. a group of girls were drugged and tied up. They were guarded too. The ETF takes them down and search for the bombs. The bomb squads also takes up the role and finds many bombs here and there. The circus was the centre of attack. The case is solved bringing many innocent life to be safer.

They give the rest work to the police and again rush back to Shaleen. The injection had not yet arrived. He looked almost dead. Arjun sits by him. "bhai, please don't lose hope. We can do it. please don't give in. please…"

After a few minutes a group of men comes in with a doctor. He checks and gives a sad face. "zehar kaafi had thak phail chukke hai. lets see if its gonna work."

Before he could complete his words Sam grabs Doc's collar. "it should work… did you get me doc??"

Arjun pulls away Sam from the doc. "Doc, please continue… please…"

The doctor gives him the injection and he doesn't even respond to it. it took their hearts away. After a few minutes again, Shaleen jerks and start to breath heavily. Doc goes in to chack again and places back the oxygen mask.

After many troubled breath and cries, Shaleen settle. He is unconscious but still his color was coming back in his face.

Doc: khatre se tho bahar hai. lekin araam ke bohot zarori hai.

All give out a relieved gasp. Tears brimmed in Riya's eyes. Sree moves towards her and hugs her tight. All could see her crying on Sree's arms. Arjun and Sam looked at each other and smiled. They hadn't missed her looks at Shaleen before. And now they were happy for both of them.

Arjun and Sam walks out and each move to two different sides of the corridor. Thye take out the phone to speak to their love.

Arjun:

She picks up the phone in the first ring. "ARJUN…."

Arjun sighs at her voice. "mien teekh hu Roshni…."

Ros: thank god …. Thank god Arjun….

Arj: relax meri jaan, mien bikul teekh hu. Fikr math karo. Its over.

He could hear her prayer and sob, he closed his eyes hearing it…

Sameer:

Muskan was also close to the phone. "Sam… aap teekh tho hai na?"

Sam: ha Muski, I'm fine. sab teekh hai. bas bhai ko thode problem ahi.ab teekh hai bas behosh hai

Mus: thank god. Patha hai mujhe kithna dar lag raha tha, thank god aap sab safe hai.

Sam: I love you Muskan

Mus: love you too Sam. Don't worry. bhai will be safe.

They speak for a few more minute and also calls Raghu sir to inform about Shaleen. Choti was worried too for her brother and also for….

She felt something when she was away from everyone. She wished to be with them… always.

It was the by the dawn that Shaleen was stirring up. He opens his eyes and strains to adjust with the surroundings. He felt so weak. He looked around. Arjun was sleeping on the sigle sofa. Sam had rolled himself on the long one. Both looked like a baby. He smiled. And then he saw her. She was sleeping with her head on his bed while she sitting on the floor. She looked so tired. He remembered her words "I think I like you…."

Shaleen smiled again. "I think I like you too Riya…" he gently placed his arms on her cheeks. She mumbled in sleep.and then kept her hands on his hands holding it tight. She was still sleeping soundly.

He looked around. It was the beginning of a new life.
