I want to play a monk's role in future: Kinshuk Mahajan

A page from the personal diary of Kinshuk Mahajan
Hello everyone... I am Kinshuk Mahajan whom you all know as Pintoo Singh from Zee TV's Afsar Bitiya.
First of all, let me wish you all a Happy Diwali'
To start with, a little bit about myself'Born and raised in Delhi where my parents stay, I am currently staying with my lovely wife and my younger sister here in Mumbai.
I completed my schooling from Delhi Public High School and finished my Bachelor in Arts through a correspondence from the Delhi University. Later, I completed a course in filmmaking from AFT. I also did diploma in theaters from Shri Ram theaters.
Initially, I wanted to get into direction, but later I realized that I had looks and the persona to be in front of camera.
So, I got to know that Disney was on the lookout for a boy who could by DownloadNSave">play the role of Adi in Dhoom Machaao Dhoom from my close friend Mohit (Sehgal). And look at the co-incidence, Mohit was supposed to play the role but later I got selected for it. That's how I did my first television show.
Then I did Kaajjal as Dev, Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai as Ranvir, Chand Chupa Badal Mein as Viren and currently as you all know I am playing Pintoo Singh in Afsar Bitiya.
I am really glad that I have had the opportunity to play different kind of roles. I never had to wait for roles as these opportunities came tapping one after the other. I think this is only because I am a very hard working and an easy going person with a grounded behaviour.
One role that is very close to me is Viren's in Chand Chupa Badal Mein. That was a negative character. If given a chance, I want to play a monk's role in future.
On the personal front, I am a very introvert kind of a person. I take time to open up and unless I don't get good vibes, I don't make friends. To unwind myself, I like to watch movies and spend time with my wife (Divya) and also with my friends. And one thing that my fans don't know about me is that I am cooking these days and helping my lovely wife in her household activities.
My best moment of life was when I got married to Divya. And look at the co-incidence; I have completed a year with her yesterday (12 November 2012).
So' this was my journey in short. I hope that you will keep loving me.

@Bold: i agree with Kinshuk...Viren was one of the most complicated still lovable character he ever played...We all loved Viren's good and bad side in CCBM and Kinshuk made that possible only...Indeed he was just perfect for the role of Viren Sood
