Vedo, đ and đ¤ for this post. I was pondering whether to post this or not as I feared this would create a lot of contros. But I was too happy and surprised that the topic which I have conceived in my mind and in computer got posted all by itself, as the topic name was also the same. You have beautifully expressed what I wanted to. I just posted what I had typed yesterday night.
The Confession ' my POV.
I watched the much awaited confession. I was trying hard not to express my POV on this, fearing that people might turn this into a warzone. But could not refrain from posting this.
This was one of the much awaited scenes. CVs have dragged this confession so much that they should have given the confession in the awesomest way. This moment was also the most important phase in Anandi's life where the female protoganist is moving ahead in her life. So ideally, this should be one of the awesomest directed and expressed moment. But I should say ' I am really disappointed. It was too filmy, I would say, rather than being expressive and connecting straight to the heart. I was also confused on the scenes that were shown on Saturday. What were they trying to show actually ' the dance, flower, haystack, playing with pup''.
Already there is a gap between P's Anandi and T's Anandi. Cvs have not given any valid explanation for the journey between these two Anandi's. The journey between a crawling and running child ' caterpillar struggling out of its cocoon and the butterfly flying freely in the air. I could not connect with Anandi only, till date, after the replacement, but after this scene, I could not connect to Shiv also. Is this the same Shiv, who said that "Anandi, I could not have said, I love You, if Mahi was not there". The shyness that was there in both Shiv and Anandi was lost somewhere. Yes, they could flirt, express their love, but why in the open field, running around trees. I feel very awkward when seeing a Collector and Sarpanch romancing, running around the trees, in the pond'Comeon guys, they are not teenagers. People are asking if we could accept JaAn romancing publicly and in rain, why cannot we accept this. But Anandi was not a sarpanch then. They(JaAn) were just the son and beendhni of badi haveli then. They were also in their teens. This Anandi is not only the sarpanch but also a teacher. She is mature, who has undergone trials and tribulations in life which has made her still strong and mature. The man she is romancing is the collector of this district. Any normal guy and girl can romance in an op en place, but can a collector do this in public, in reality? If it is MAhi and Gulli, surely I would have accepted this scene. But not with Ansh. Story till date was more close to reality except for some weird tracks ' but this really I felt too filmy.
Also, the dialogue from Shiv that he took Anandi on his trips was a bahana to be in the company of her ' I felt they are stooping Shiv's character, low. Please CVs do not do this to the iconic characters you have created ' The characters that were instruments to win the Yuva award ' that which sets the example of the future generation. Two beautiful characters conceived and portrayed by two of the best actors ' who made the character live. CVs do not butcher the two best characters you have created.
I also feel that the bold scene was not required for the confession ' Have we not witnessed rain drenched scenes ' the windchime scene, the scene where Ansh were stranded in the hut, the JaAn divorce scene. The 'boldness" was not there in any of the scenes. The expressions of the actors, dialogues were far more than enough to convince the viewers about the state of mind of the scene. What is the necessary of the boldness now? The dream confession was so beautifully shot. The real confession could have been really better. Could the gestures, expressions, dialogues, hug would not have created the passion? I think they should have concentrated on bringing out T's acting skills rather than going for these kind of scenes.
Is this the same CVs who have given so much of memorable moments such as ' the salute scene, the pond scene, the wind chime scene, the golden hand shake, the scene where he confronts Anandi's fears, the scene where Shiv feels that he is not able to rescue Mannu and top of it, the scene where Shiv and Ira talks about Shiv's personal life? Where are you CVs? Are these the same people who could hook their viewers to one of the best shown love stories in the telly industry, without any hugs, kisses or passionate /intimate moments? I have the Ansh scenes downloaded and watch them innumerable times. But, I feel this is not one such moment. I felt ANSH are lost somewhere!!!!!!!!.
