^He isn't required to show up for his own hearing- did I miss something? And did he not know when the court hearing was? He could have left that date out specifically and not made any commitments but he didn't. Wasn't he supposed to appear in the court on Friday too? And yup he returned and look what happened- the lawyer forgot to file a document. If you believe this document excuse then good for you but I can't, this is hilariously lame to me.
Anyway, we aren't getting anywhere with this. You can't see my POV and I can't see yours so let's agree to disagree and end it here.
