onir is world renown doctor and he has a clinic in kolkata , can you remember ? so he has specific source of income .
no new CCTV CD will prove that this baby swapping whole drama started by mother and onir was not agreed but later agreed and also there is a onirs statement that baby died in ovis womb so doctor cant save every patient ,and doctor has no responsibility if patient died . before operation doctor take deed by patient party that if patient died or something happened then doctor has no responsibility so doctor free from these kind of faults even if they has any faults . so onir will not going into behind of the bar .
if court will think about financial matter then onir also a rich man who has clinic in kolkata ,he is not obviously poor .court able to realize it is . and yeah court 1st will think childs age so as child is new born and she needs mother than bio father so court obviously will give custody to onir purvi .
