Sadie- the first one is him. The song here is actually the Durga Stuti, which is not technically a song...so its basically the chanting of the mantras which he was referring to. The chanting is done rhythmically, hence he is referring to it as a song. About the voice, well, yes, its very different , isn't it?Everytime I watch Ramayan, i am amazed at the man's capability of voice modulation! I have seen great actors with terrific voice modulations, but someone who actually can change his voice with roles...I think I have seen that only in Gurmeet. In Ramayan, he spoke in this voice, after the initial phase. As Ram grew older, he changed his voice and spoke in this pitch! And hear him in PV- its totally different again! Fantastic! The background song was not sung by him...in the article, he mentions the Durga Stuti...@ Janaki- the second song was sung by Suresh Wadekar. Gurmeet did a fantastic job in the scene with the expressions, but the voice was Suresh ji's š
