Salman Khan may seek exemption from appearance in black buck hearing case to be held on Saturday in Jodhpur court.

The actor is currently in USA for his medical treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia. His lawyer is likely to produce a medical certificate.

Meanwhile the other celebrities involved in the case like Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Satish Shah and Neelam Kothari Soni have already flown to Jodhpur on Friday.

Salman has been charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act while others under Section 52 of the Act and Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the IPC.

The actor was also not appeared before the court in February this year and that time his counsel said that the actor could not appear before the court due to his pre-scheduled shooting plans.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate's court had to read out the revised charges to Khan and co-accused Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and two others in connection with the hunting of protected blackbucks at Kankani village in Jodhpur during shooting of film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

The case was decided to be heard on March 23.

He's scared, all who wanted proof- here, you have it. Sanjay Dutt's punishment verdict did have strong effects on other criminals it seems. Hiding from the law now, eh? Didn't he do this before too? Not appear for his earlier court date as well? Let's see for how long will he run away and hide from the law, he'll have to face it one day, he did the crime, now he has to do the time.

I read this article on the TOI website and someone commented "but people who are shouting that he should be grilled for hit and run must first learn that footpath is not a place to sleep"

🤢 How sick. So is it a place to drive on?? They don't sleep their by choice, they don't love it- they DON'T HAVE a home or a place to sleep, how about you or Mr. Khan provide them with one instead of driving over them?
