They say that soul mates share a kind of connection. This connection persists whatever be the circumstances around them. The duo themselves ay not be aware of this connection but yet, it's still there in their hearts.
What is the current relation between Saras and Kumud? What can we really call it? No, the aren't friends, they aren't lovers, they aren't enemies either. What was Saras actually going to tell Kumud in the dark room? Why was he feeling so pained and hurt while leaving? Why was she so upset while he was leaving? Cuz they are soul mates. Tbh, nome of us can really describe what's going on between the two. On one hand, we can see how Saras wishes that he was stopped by Kumud. He didn't want to go. He wanted to be right there, with her. He feels that his presence hurts her. On the other hand, Kumud feels that he wants to leave. We saw her shedding tears while he was leaving, but why? What is the relation? The truth is, they are connected. They are soul mates. They want each other, yet, they don't know what apparently their relation is.
