Guys was Pia being sick a red herring. Will she use what's going on to fake a pregnancy? She sees how much JW wants a baby. This would be a great trick where she pays doc to say she is pregnant and pays another doc to say bani cannot concieve. Bani leaves WM and than Pia conveniently has a miscarriege. Bani comes back after leap with Krishna in tow. This is the only way I can see that JB separation happens without a forced marriage to Pia and JW can pursue Bani when she returns.
