Their chemistry on screen may be very good, but in real life, it's a different picture altogether. Believe it or not, many on-screen pairs love to hate each other. Here are a few examples:

Mohit Raina ' Sonarika Bhadoria
Mohit aka Mahadev in Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev, shared a great chemistry, on and off screen with Sati, played by Mouni Roy. But with Parvati, played by Sonarika, he prefers aloofness. An introvert, Mohit keeps to himself on the set. Sonarika, on the other hand, is yet to come to terms with the fact that the show revolves around the male lead, with him hogging all the media attention. Both have no bonding off-screen.

Rati Pandey ' Sumit Vats
To put it bluntly, Rati and Sumit (who play Indira and Rishi in Hitler Didi) cannot stand each other. If sources are to be believed, Rati finds Sumit irritating. She also feels that she is a more popular actor and the show is running on her shoulders. While Rati likes to call the shots on the set, Sumit prefers to stay quiet about their equation off screen and pretends all is well.

Hina Khan ' Karan Mehra
They have been playing Akshara and Naitik, a married couple madly in love with each other in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for four years. While the two share a crackling chemistry on screen, their equation is exactly the opposite once the camera stops rolling. They don't even talk to each other unless it's absolutely necessary. Both of them are reserved by nature and that doesn't help either.

Ankita Sharma ' Navi Bhangu
Navi aka Agam of Amrit Manthan hardly interacts with his co-stars. In fact, most of his colleagues find him haughty. His female lead Ankita aka Nimrit, is no exception. Buzz is that she even refuses to talk to him. Navi, on his, part, can't care less.
