Why rk shocked at hearing Sultans name in promo

yes he knows him because of extortion, but what rk will think will be that madhu had a hand in trying to extort him, Madhu problems will get even more complicated he will say that he n mukhund planned the accident etc etc n she married a superstar to extort money from him🤪 i know just another prediction i really dont think this track is going to bring madhu n rk closer instead it will drift them more apart

If he didn't then possibly tomorrow RK might overhear Sultan's name, or Sultan might mention his own name when dropping off RK. So when Madhu says "Sultan", then RK's shocked because he was so close to Sultan and Sultan helped him?

yes pritt bittuji did mention sultans name n pritt did not read your post about madhu n extortion so yes rk will think if madhu can spend night with strangers then there is nothing from stopping her working with sultan the only thing is who is benefitting, rk will not think Madhu lives in chawl she does not have a high standard of living she walks to work so who benefits from this extortion track.
if this track is to add fuel to fire then we might as well forget rishabala ever happened i love the show for them but this is killing us not seeing them together i miss all their lovey dovey tracks
