I have come across so many Non-Hindi PVians so far...please tell us how you manage to get the meanings of words..

I am sure you might e choosing to read the Written Updates, but other than this, do you grasp the things without reading their literal translation?

I knew no hindi a few years back, but was always into bollywood, but I didn't really understand much hindi when I began to watch tv shows, I have been watching hindi tv for a few years now, and thanks to written updates I have graually learned some hindi, though I am not fluent, I can understand what everyone says when I watch in Punar Vivah.

Well for me i totally depend on the written updates or sometimes i will understands one or two words i a sentence and make sense of it but just in love with this show

I depend on the update and then watch the show online and watch back the reruns on saturday on ZeeTV if i have the time

gujarati, but understand hindi, only few hard wards, now not that much hindi n guj used routine here

i dont know hindi before 4 years. but my interest in kratika made me watch JKR so i learnt hindi from it. and agin pv stands as the best show that taught me the complete understanding and now i can watch any hindi movie.

i m gujarati but now i can understand & speak hindi very well
only some typical words i can't understand but when hear whole line i make out the meaning of that word
actually i think gujarati & hindi has many similarity so it is easy
