Chapter 6

Today Taani goes to Rey's rehersal hall, she failed once when she tried to prove Panchi wrong. But this time she dint want to fail, She had to speak to Kiya! Although she was not quite fond of her, but she had no choice. She see's Kiya walking her cat walk, wearing white shorts and pretty cute pink top, converse shoes and glares with her red highlighted hair. Taani had seen her once earlier, but todays she "noticed" her, top to bottom!! She indeed was very stylish. Kiya see's Taani and smiles at her.

Kiya: Hey hiee!! Your' (tries to recall her name,but fails) Rey k saath thi na tum us din?? Yea.. ur Rey's friend.

Taani: (gives her a smile,although within her head she shot kiya everytime she called Rey as Rey)Yea.. m Taani!! Rey ki best friend.

Kiya: Taani!!! Par Tum yaha?? I don't think Rey ab tak aya hoga, he generally comes at 9.. and its 8:30 only. Muje jyada rehersal karna hai so thought of coming early, Rey toh jaldi steps pick kar leta hai, hez an awesome dancer, Kabhi kabhi koi steps nahi ata toh sikha deta hai, hez a real gentleman I must say.

Taani: (the possessive best friend tone) I know ki wo bohot acha dancer hai, hum best friends hai, bachpan se janti hu use, tumse bhi jyada main uski dance moves ko janti hu. Aur muje pata hai ki Rey ab tak nahi aya hoga. Main janti hu wo kab ghar se nikalta hai aur kab kya karta hai, pura update hota hai mere paas.

Kiya gets kinda freaked out with Taani's attitude, she gives her "ok your right"smile

Kiya: Ohhhkaaayyy!!! Taani, I think I should get in now. Ok, bye!!

Taani suddenly remembers that shez on mission Rey and Kiya!! She runs behind Kiya and calls out to her. Kiya makes a nervous face and turns, wondering what Taani's gonna do ya say now.

Taani: (smiling) Kiya, wo actually main jo kehne ayi thi wo toh kehna hi bhul gayi, wo tum jis movie k liye dance kar rahi ho, uski party hai na aaj shyam?? toh tum aa rahi ho na??

Kiya: Ofcourse!! Hum iss movie k part hai so hume invite kiya hai, Hey, why don't you guys join in?? maine panchi se bhi college me kaha tha that even she can join us, Entry ki tension tum mat lo, wo sab main handle kar lungi.

Taani smiles: Yeah, done!! Main aur Panchi aa jayenge.

Kiya: and your boyfriend?? Tum uske saath nahi aaogi?Whats his name??

Yuvi calls Taani all excited for the party. After a very long time he got a chance to party with his best friend and Taani his girlfriend, he was more excited to be with Taani this time,

Yuvi: Taani, wo aaj main tuje pick karne aaunga, party k liye please Late mat kariyo..

Taani: late aur main?? Main humesha time pe ati hu, wo toh tu hai jo har time late karta hai, teri wajah se hum humesha movie k second half k start mein pohochte hai, dekh tu na dimag mat kharab kar, pehle hi muje mere green salwar ka duppata nahi mil raha aur upar se tu,..

Yuvi: (doesn't let her complete) ek min ek min.. kya kaha tune?? Green salwar? Kounsa green salwar??

Taani: aare wo jo maine diwali pe pehna tha. Aare wo jo dukandar se lad lad k maine discount liya tha..

Yuvi: kounsa??? muje yaad nai..lekin Tu ek movie k event mein salwar pehnegi?? Dimag khaarb hai kya? Udar sab Punjabi actors, directors , models rahenge,, aur tu udhar ek behenji banke ayegi?

Taani looks ar her salwar and slowly keeps it on the chair near by, her excitement now all fades away.

Yuvi: hello?? Kuch toh bol.. abhi toh ek daiyan k jaise chila rahi thi mujpe. Ab kya hua? Dekh tuje jo karna hai kar, maine jo kehna tha keh diya, ab tu soch le.

Taani disconnects the call. She looks at her salwar, Suddenly she hears Reys voice coming from outside, she walks fast from her room and suddenly bumps into Rey who was coming in her room.

Taani: Rey!!! Aaram se!! main girr jati toh??muje chott lagti aur phir main iss movie event me nahi jaa pati..

Rey: aisa kuch nahi hota!!Main tume girne deta hi nahi!! Mere hote huye tume kabhi koi chott nahi lagegi. Samjhi ?(hits her head and walks in her room and jumps on her bed, Taani just looks at him and smiles, lying on her bed he see's the green salwar on the chair) aare ye toh diwali me pehni thi na tune???

Taani: (happy) tuje yaad hai? (picks the green salwar)

Rey: haan ofcourse! Ye toh wohi hain na jo humne discount me kharida tha?? (gets up and takes her salwar) haan, wohi hai!! Tum ye event mein pehnogi??

Taani pulls it from his hand and nodes her head saying no, so that Rey doesn't repeat what Yuvi said about her wearing a salwar for such an event!

Rey: (surprised) Kyu?? Aare itna acha hai. Tumpe bohot acha bhi lagta hai.

Taani: (repeats what Yuvi said)aise event mein koi salwar pehenta hai kya? Bohot saare actress, models bhi honge waha, behenji lagungi sabke samne.

Rey: kisne kaha?? Aare tum ye pehnogi na toh koi model ya actress ko dekhega bhi nahi. Behenji nhai, tum classy lagogi, Tumpe toh kuch bhi suit karega. (waits for Taani to say something but Taani confused dosent know what to reply, Rey continues) Dekh muje jo kehna tha maine keh diya, ab teri marzi.

He walks out of the room, Taani looks at the salwar now totally confused.

Evening 8:30

Rey and Yuvi waiting outside the event for Taani and Panchi. Yuvraj wearing a formal black jacket, looking the handsome Punjabi that he is, and Rey wearing something like this:

Yuvi: (looking at his wrist watch) yaar kidar hai Taani?? Event start ho gaya! Ye ladkiya humesha itna der kyu karti hai??

Rey was about to say something when he notices Taani walking in her green salwar..her dupatta and her hair were flying cause of the breeze. Her twinkling eyes were scanning every corner of the place searching for the guys. She was looking perfect. Her perfect straight hair with slight curls, her bangles, her earring, every thing was simple yet she was looking classy. She was murmuring something to Panchi. She looked worried. Rey couldn't help but smile looking at her worried expression , which were Probably cause she knew she was late and the guys must have been waiting for her for a long time now. Yuvraj suddenly looks at Rey who was looking at someone, he bends a little bit and notices Taani. He goes all blank, he smiles,he realized he was wrong when he thought she would look like a behenji amongst every1 if she wore this outfit, he just wanted to keep staring at her, he was falling in love with her all over again.

Panchi see's the guys and points out to them. Taani see's Rey who was staring at her and smiling, she then notices Yuvraj who was staring at her too with a smile. She reached near them now, waiting for both of them to say something, actually waiting for them to compliment her. But both guys were just looking at her. Panchi comes and stands in front of Taani.

Panchi: Guys!! Taani ko aise gurr rahe ho jaise u'l are seeing her for the first time!!

Rey was about to compliment her when Yuvi interrupts,

Yuvi: first time nahi, after a long time!! After a long time Taani ko aise dekha! Ab muje yakeen hogaya ki meri girl friend ek ladki hai, (yuvraj ended with a proud smile, feeling proud that this beautiful girl was his girl friend)

Rey just looks at Yuvraj and smiles and again was about to say something, Just then Kiya walks in,

Kiya: Guys!! Tum sab yaha bahar kya kar rahe ho?

Everyone turns and look at Kiya, who was wearing a cute pink dress, and white heels. Taani looks at her and then looks at Panchi and remembers her mission. Goes and stands near her.

Taani: hiee Kiya! Wow, your looking very pretty, hain na Rey??

Rey: (without wasting a minute) Yea!! (smiles at Kiya)

Kiya: thanks Rey! And I must say ur looking very smart, (raises her eyebrows and smiles)

Rey: pehle muje doubt tha,lekin ab tumne keh diya, toh m sure main smart lag raha hu, (Kiya giggles and Rey gives his broad smile)

Taani keeps staring at both of them and whispers to Panchi

Taani: dekha, kitne ache se baat kar rahe hai, ye toh shuruat hai, agey agey dekho hota hai kya.

Panchi looks at Taani and raises her eyesbrows giving her the " we will see" expression!

Kiya: Come on guys lets get in, event already started. Chalo. (Panchi, Rey and Kiya walk in)

Taani was about to go when Yuvi hold her hand and stops her, Taani stops and looks at him and then at their hand, Yuvraj comes closer and says,

Yuvi: (in a blushy romantic tone)Ek kaam karte hai Taani, inko andar jane de, hum dono ek long drive pe chalte hai.

Taani : (gives a nervous smile) nahi yuvi, Kiya ne humare liye passes arrange kiye hai, aur hum nahi jayenge? Aur, aur (thinking for more excuses) aur hume kounsa roz roz aise events pe ane milta hai, Pehli baar aise mauka mila hai, so isse waste kyu kare? (looks at Yuvi hoping that he was convienced).

Taani gets excited and was about to say yes, when,

Kiya: (super excited) Ofcourse Yes!! Come on Rey, come on!! (She holds rey's hand and rey and Kiya run towards the actors, Yuvi follows them with Panchi, Taani was surprised seeing that no1 asked her also whether she wanted to come.

Cute haan... Rey remembered her dress but yuvi being a bf cant remember that what her gf wore!! Disgusting but luved cute TR scenes... As rey cant confess his love to taani! Nd taani getting jealous of kia... Lolzz

Yahh Taani goes with Rey opinion and he remember when she first wear the salwar and where she get it from awesome. Taarey love each other wonder when they will realize it and confess especially Taani. Love how she get all possessive about Rey when Kiya was telling her about Rey. Plz continue soon u did a lovely job

That was such a beautiful chapter andy..love a jealous taani , in her mind she wanted to shoot kiya😆 That sent cracked me... Taani confused with the dress yuvi rejects while rey praises her selection , small things bt they reflect how much rey knows about her taste n how much he stands by her happiness.. N then both staring at taani aww 2 handsome men r going crazy for 1 pretty girl !!! N precap wah madam jal raha hai, now its just starting ek baar loha purh tarah garam hua na then kiya is gone 😆
