Actually there was an expose by Arvind Kejriwal on how HSBC works with Swiss accounts...

A person comes to your house..you can open an account in Swiss bank...give him the money and money is stacked in your Swiss account..When you want the money you just call the bank and person comes to your place with cash...Hawala at its best...No income tax on any cash transaction...

P.S: I am not singling out HSBC...but Arvind kejriwal mentioned that bank..
