I agree with Mona.. the CVs ploy is to generate sympathy for Rashi so that they can justify all her previous evilness or better, make people sympathize with her now so that they forget what she did and is capable of.. Otherwise they had overdone Rashi's tantrums so much that the TRPs dropped..
Ploy will work. In all serials, the way to make a person look good is to show someone really in bad light.. It is a pity that Koki is the one who is being used for this. 🥱
