Madhu looked at him questioningly. When he did not respond she asked.
Madhu:- you wanted to talk about something important.

Madhu:- we are working on extraditing Balraj Chowdhary from USA. I will be working with immigration, and the Attorneys there to get him extradited. We don't stand much chance if I was to go by history but I am desparate.
RK:- Desparate to get a criminal back to India so that he creates menace.

Madhu :- RK it is not an active posting. I can only work with the lawyers there. I cant get involved in any investigation or any kind of filed operation against him. In all probability he will be arrested in a day or two. I am just to testify in the extradition appeal and to bring him back if it is allowed. Which I doubt, USA has very rarely granted extraditions and he will be charged there too. They never give up their jurisdiction. Let me try it is mostly a lost case.

If not now we will never have any chance of extradition. RK let me get this one chance. Please I will be indebted to you all my life. I will never ask anything else of you. She could speak no further her throat stung once again. Her chest felt constricted. She did not even know when she had come on the floor and was kneeling beside RK on the ground. He looked back in her eyes. There was nothing in it, they were so blank or probably she had nothing left to look upto if she lost this one purpose of her life. RK leaned back on the chair he never knew when his hands crept onto madhu's head and she rested her head on his knees. She looked so lost, so desparate, but he was scared. This was going to be messy, and mess he did not want any more. What if something went wrong and he lost her.

People had loved her a lot , her mother , Malik, sir, but obsession this was totally new to her. She could feel it, emanating from his touch. Madhu:- Look at it this way, If I had nothing to do then I would be hovering around you all the time, and trust me I can be a pest. It is always better to keep me at a distance. If I have something to do then that ways atleast I will be occupied, and you will be free to enjoy.

Madhu swallowed hard and thought for a second. He could really do anything, he was the most unpredictable man she had ever known. Not that she was scared of anything.
