Hello all. Usually I do predictions for films in the beginining of the week, but this time I'm doing it much later in the week (Thursday) because I've been quite sick recently. Sorry for doing it late, but better late than never!
One of the films releasing this week is JOLLY LLB starring Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani. Truth be told, the film has very low buzz, but the promos have gotten appreciation from people. Also, recently, trade analyst Taran Adarsh gave a positive review of the film as well. Director Subhash Kapoor's last film PHAS GAYE RE OBAMA was also well appreciated. Also, another good thing about JOLLY LLB is that it has a low budget. However, on the flip side, if the film has a really low opening, it will be harder for the film to have reasonable lifetime collections and recover budget.
My Box Office Predictions for JOLLY LLB:
Opening Day: 1 crore net
Opening Weekend: 7 crores net
Lifetime Collections: 20 crores+ net
Overall Box Office Verdict: Average
