Weaving Her Magic….
So anyone who still thinks Tanveer is positive, here are three big clues to why I think she is not:
- Sewing the cushions: A very symbolic scene indeed. Tanveer is here to weave/sew her magic on this house (cushion) and all its members. Just like it takes a while to create a design with embroidery, she will weave her magic very meticulously and carefully.
- Asad's statement: koi tho hai yahan jispar main bharosa kar sakta hoon. We all know whatever Asad says and thinks, ultimately never turns out to be true. That's because he jumps to conclusions based on his preconceived 'trashy' ideas. So, be ready to eat your words one day Asad.
- The doll- Tanveer did listen to the recording (precap) but even if they don't show it, she is smart enough to change the chip or change the recording.
Then why did she save Zoya today?
Tanveer is a very cunning girl. She knows that having Zoya on her side will help her weave her magic without any suspicion. The culprits know how sharp Zoya's brain is. After all, she cracked Raghu's case and even entered the Siddiqui house, almost close to the culprit. Razia/Billo Rani/Tanveer (they are all in the same gang IMO) know that by keeping Zoya distracted and keeping her unsuspicious will only help their case. If Tanveer had not defended Zoya today, Zoya would have become suspicious and questioned her knowledge about the peanut allergy. Tanveer is a smart one and can react to the situation as and when needed- just like Razia.

Finally, he said sorry and thanks to Zoya, even though at Dilshaad and Tanveer's insistence but it was a big step for Asad. He can fight however much he wants but can't escape the fact that she affects him more than any other woman does. Why did Zoya run away? Was the sorry not enough for her or she felt guilty about almost killing Asad? I think the latter. She is used to his taunts, but the fact that even if inadvertently, she could have killed him, just ate her up. That's the depth of her feelings for him. Zoya, admit it- just like you have crept into his every molecule, he has too. Dono taraf aag barabar hai, lekin kis se kahein, aur kaise kahein?
It was good to see Ayaan coming of age at last.
Precap: We all know the gudiya will backfire, Rashid will be free tomorrow but where does that leave Zoya-Asad-Tanveer equation?
Will Asad, as part of his denial and defense mode, propose to Tanveer and a heartbroken Zoya will then move out?
Zoya has to move out for the story to continue further. As Dee and I have said before, the gudiya is a metaphor for Zoya. Even if the recording has been changed, Zoya's repressed memories have to come out like the original chip in the doll. That can happen if she comes face to face with Razia and Siddiqui. Let's see what they have in store for us.
As for us AsYa fans, I am sure it won't be an easy ride for next few weeks. Hang in there, that's all I'll say.
