Excellent review Kakali..👏
Me too loved the epi to the core...surely more AshNi moments are coming along with Nidhi's pregnancy as there were suggestive scenes ..Nidhi's positive attitude was also palpable. as viewer we also feel that this the right time for them to settle down, they have gone through enough pariksha & now they share better understanding than any time before to take their relationship forward..
Another good thing was Ashu didn't accept Daksh's offer at once...his hesitation,apprehension seemed to be realistic...though he didn't mention Daksh's name but surely he couldn't forget all the heinous crimes committed by Daksh & his father which jeopardized Nidhi's life twice..he was at the brink of losing her...hence Ashu's is being protective towards Nidhi came as a natural consequence.. he wants to rediscover old AshNi jo shayad kho gaya tha in a turbulent year of marriage...that AshNi part in the bed room was really captivating..SK & KK did the scene beautifully...SK's deep baritone voice nicely complemented those superb dialogues..
The family gathering after ages brought back the old & original flavor of KTLK...bas aisehi chalte rahe baki din..

...but we believe in "Picture abhi baaki hain mere dost" and hence we will continue to ask for Season 2...Ashu's dialogue of starting after a one month break ' may be an indication towards Season 2...Fingers crossed...

Rajni,Me too liked that scene..the way Nidhi asked & Ashu's facial expression to her was mind blowing..

Lovely review Kakoli. Yesterday was all about the 'new' Ashu. And I have said this many times... I repeat... when Ashnu got married there was love but Ashu did not respect Nidhi as a husband should respect his wife, her wishes and emotions all seemed to roll into the 'childish' category. And when he talked about the baby back then, I supported Nidhi, she needed time. She needed to regain her confidence after being so traumatized in the Mallika affair, and AShu did not quite grasp that. Noe after all these months and after all the understanding and closeness they have gained they are ready for parenthood... it seems a natural progression at this point. And even Nidhi has changed, becoming a good, serious doctor has not only given her confidence it has also increased her respect in Ashu's eyes. She was his wife, lover but now she has also completely replaced Mallika as his friend, most trusted colleague and confidante... they have finally become equals in this partnership.

And yesterday the bedroom scene was so good in many levels... first the obvious that Ashu wants to give time to their relationship and nurture it before they set off on another adventure or gain more responsibilities. He want to treasure what they have now. But what struck me is the ease with which he simply poured his heart out to Nidhi... just a small question from her, she asked why he was standing at the window and out came all his thoughts... not for a minute sis he think that Nidhi would not understand! And for the first time he also put Nidhi in front of his career, gave her more importance, the same doctor for whom work was penance was willing to take a step back for Nidhi's sake. The recent experiences, especially the shooting and then DAksh's attempted rape hit Ashu hard. Even though he did not demonstrate it the other day, his actions and words yesterday were proof enough.

And yes, AKs words impacted Nidhi because AK also told her that this was BBs wish though he would never reveal it to them or put pressure on them. And then, when AShu has become such a supportive husband why would she not be confident about parenthood? And also Nidhi's own confidence that she was capable of playing all the roles now plays a big role in this. VEry happy for Ashni now...😛
