This is the first new show I started watching in years. I didn't like certain things at first. But yesterday's and especially today's episode are - WOW!!! Maar daala! I'm dead!!! 😳

Kumud has such strength unlike dheeli leads of other shows, but she's never OTT. Saras has equal strength, but in a quiet and restrained way - and in soft, gentlemanly way, not like a violent alpha male who pins the girl against a wall or twists her arm! I am IMPRESSED!!! 👏

Touchwood! Nazar na lagey! I hope and really pray it remains this way!! SLB - you're handling it well and I especially love howw you handle your actors and bring out their finer acting abilities! Rest of the team - aiyya!! No words! You're all enchanting and it's awesome how you connect to the viewers! Not a single person looks out of place!

I just loved the graph in today's episode! Kumud's strong personality and rather childlike resoluteness to get the kite. Her falling weak at Saras' whispers and touch and letting go of the kite. And the scene in which Saras finally saw Kumud...Aaahhh!!!! My heart skipped beats!!! How superbly, delicately handled, what chemistry and Gautam...yaar kya expressions! As a viewer I was as nervous and breathless as Jenny (Kumud) watching that scene! I am gonna watch today's episode again and again and again and fav it as soon as it comes on YT!

And then, not just mere romance. Saras' tragedy, his childhood trauma...superbly depicted! So moving without being OTT! I loved it! I had lumps in my throat while watching it! I was happy to see that stern woman (forgot her name, sorry!) finally have her heart melt and connect to the child in Saras, save and comfort him!

The way she also remembered that traumatic incident and the motherly instinct awoke within her, she connected to the child in Saras and saved and comforted him...so emotional, so well enacted!

Then how she got back home and scolded Kumud, taking side of the Saras she had misunderstood and pre-judged! Kumud's shock and remorse...looking forward to the next episode!

Gautam was the star of the show today! By God! What expressions! The river scene, remembering childhood trauma and horror of reliving it...super super acting! I was so moved! Take a bow man!

So many emotions and such a graph in ONE episode itself? Amazing! Keep up the great work Team Saraswatichandra! God bless! Keep it up and go on to create history on television!

THUMBS UP!

Maar daala!!! Allah!! Maar daala!

(First time I've reacted this way to a TV show...feeling shy even while writing this post...but what to do? Heart's jumping!!)

Brilliant emotional rollercoaster episode tonight. Every image is resonating in heart and mind! Ahh! Never felt so carried away by an episode of a TV show in a long long time! And never gushed around like this too...

Aur kya kehna? Speechless, moved and excited! 😳

Most importantly, CURIOUS! Every new episode gets harder to wait for! Isshhh!!!

Hey..I have always liked your posts on Bollywood Forum😊And i loved what you wrote here..Today's epi was indeed brilliant..GR stole the show with his performance both in the romantic and the angsty scenes..I had a fear that SLB as always might focus more on the curtains and costumes and compromise the story in the process..Thankfully, the show is getting better and better. The leads have brilliant chemistry and there is something so unique about their characterization. Kumud is fiesty, egoistic and full of pride but at the same time has a flawless heart-such a refreshing change from the other docile doormats of telly..And Saras is defo one of a kind..The character has layers and there is so much strength and intensity conveyed through subtle expressions and actions without resorting to the usual push and pull scenes..He is the silent brooding type who has this extremely stubborn side to him and i love how the Cvs are slowly revealing various shades of his character.. And yes, my favourite part of today's epi was when Saras clings on to Dukhba out of fear..That childlike innocence and the psychological trauma was brilliantly portrayed..Hope the show only gets better..Cant wait to see how Kumud makes up to him

@Rogerrocks

Hey! I remember you from the BW forum too! Thanks! And nice to see you here!

Agree to every word of your post! GR was just awesome!

I am amazed at the balance CVs and GR have struck in portrayal of Saras! He's intense, has an emotional baggage, probably an ego too, he's strong, sensitive, rooted to values, has a certain childlike naivete to him and GR has emoted each of these traits without ever being stone-faced or OTT! He enacted and differentiated every layer of Saras so naturally epi by epi!

I must say, I never thought GR was capable of this level of acting. He's such a revelation in Saraswatichandra! What a growth!

And for Jenny also, never been a fan, but I am liking her acting...she's come a long way from her Kasauti...days.
