Saras: When dormant emotions resurface...

I don't remember seeing Saras this expressive before. He was always so composed and controlled. But today, he let it all out. All the emotions, all the pain, all the grief came oozing out. For those few minutes, he was the little helpless child who lost his mother all those years ago and there was nothing he could do to stop it from happening.

That lake scene is the most powerful I've ever seen in all these years I've been watching Indian dramas and I just can't find words to describe what I felt while watching it. I remember nothing else of what happened in the episode. Those screams of 'maa..maa..' are still echoing in my head. To remember watching your mother commit suicide in front of you. I cannot forget those change of expressions. One moment, Saras was this happy, playful man who had just won a bet and suddenly, his face clouded as he realised where he had arrived chasing behind Kumud. My pulse is still racing and I am still shivering while I type this. I don't think I've ever been this badly affected by any scene ever before.

Terrific acting by Gautam Rode. The scene where he comes out of the water and hugs Dukhba thinking she is her mother, I couldn't hold back my tears...Will elaborate later when I get some time :)

Gautam was brilliant today! The entire scene had me shaken to the core. I really hadn't seen that coming despite the articles...

Today was entirely Gautam's day! 👏
The way he modulated his expressions from that playful glint in his eyes to the sorrow stricken face was just terrific! And to think that he had to witness his mother committing suicide! 😲 😭

Overwhelmed by today's episode!

Yep, I'll be waiting for that too. Let's see how Kumud can make up for this. I don't think she can. His past is way too tragic.

Exactly. My head is constantly going back to it. The scene had some power. Gautam deserves praises and so do the writer and director. The entire execution of the scene was phenomenal.
