If Razia's confession is not recorded in the doll then what else could have been recorded? Is it tanveer's confession?

How do you know that Razia's confession is not recorded in the doll?? I think its her telling her husband how they trapped Rashid, isnt it?

but when the Maid's daughter was playing with the doll razia heard the confession so it must have changed to something else.
