Yes I was thinking the same...Tanveer was so eager to get out of there to meet a client, obviously bcos she had let the gas out. but when Zoya hurt her and Asad held her back from going out ...she was left with no option but to pretend like she could smell gas and stop Dilshad. OMG Billo Rani.

I think tanveer is the Billo Rani sent by Razia as tanveer was egar to go out of the house and that maid Billo didnt know anything about gas leakage so she came next day for working...besides this the hands showed while opening the gas regulator were without bangles and fingers were without rings...while maid billo is wearing bangles and rings...
