Gayatris pain was so visible while she was giving in to Akaashs absurd demand but shes human and feels guilty that Akaash suffered at the cost of Yash and knows Yash is and will always remain an adarsh beta and wont feel bad for what his mother is doing so she gives in even when shes giving her blessings there so much pain and shes actually proud of him as a son.
