US director Steven Spielberg was in India's entertainment capital Monday to meet Bollywood filmmakers and stars of the country's film industry.

Spielberg and various Indian directors were seen by an AFP photographer arriving at the Taj Lands End Hotel in Mumbai's fashionable Bandra suburb on Monday evening.

Spielberg cast Kate Capshaw as the female lead in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom BEFORE they were an item.

Through working together on that movie they fell in love and eventually married.

Spielberg did NOT cast Kate Capshaw, regardless of her talent or fitness for the role simply BECAUSE he was sleeping with her.

That's the first rule Bollywood needs to learn if they want to be taken seriously and respected.

Spielberg's children aren't even in movies. He's hardly casting them in lead roles in Schindler's List etc.

Sadly, KJo, would have his latest boyfriend playing Schindler and Kajol would be cast as Eva Braun regardless of suitability for the roles.

If these guys can learn to treat movie making as a business and not some little family fiefdom they might actually develop on a world level.
