The day came when they had to perform for the charity event. Everything was set up. It was the best day for rey because finally he would make taani realize her love. So it indeed was a special day for him.
Everyone was ready to perform for the couple dances.
Taani was looking like an angel today and rey couldn't take his eyes off from the his innocent angel. Taani felt his glare on her and couldn't help but blush feeling butterflies in her heart. Swayam noticed rey staring taani and totally lost in her and there rises his possessive protective brother mode.
"hey rey?!! Come back to the world and stop staring her like this.." swayam shook rey breaking his trance. Everyone sighed and Sharon gave a 'not again' look to swayam.
"oh come on dude!! Stop being LOC between us.." rey frowned at him.
"LOC??"
"yeah.. LOC.. line of control.. didn't you study social sciences.. krishnaji knows what will happen after marriage.." rey looked up sighing.
"marriage??" swayam couldn't imagine his taani with the term 'marriage' after all she is still his baby sister.
"yeah.. marriage.. you are too much dude.. "
"ohh stop it guys !! we are in charity event !! will you both come to your senses?!!" Sharon had enough with the boys.
All the dance couples performed and the last one left were rey and taani.. their performance started.

Rey came closer to taani , held her from the waist and kept her hands on his shoulders. His touch and little gesture made her shiver down her spine. She felt something…something deep in her heart.

They danced slowly in rhythm as if they were one heart and one soul. He twirled her around and embraced her… she could feel her heartbeat going up and down.

sare ghum bhula de dekhe jab tu haskar
he lifted her carefully up in the air and slowly placed her back. They were feeling complete in each others embrace..
ye raat dhal na jaye

aa milke sajaayein jo aane wala hai pal
she moved back and turned only to be pulled by him. She felt like drowning in his dark brown eyes. she placed her feet on his and he started dancing to and fro.
paas aa aake mujhse phir na door jaa
pyaari pyaari iss raat ki gehraaiyon me doob ja
they both were now aware of their feelings and started swift dance movements in joy.

At last rey twirled her around and gave her a dip.
Their performance ended with outstanding applauses but for them the world didn't matter at all. Their soul had met… and they were together now forever.
They came in senses when the whole gang went up to them to cheer for the success of the event. Rey held taani's hand and before anyone could notice took her away from the venue to the fire exit.
"so…" rey tried to start the conversation.
"so?"taani didn't have enough words left with her.
"so now I think you must have learnt all the theorems?" he smirked
Now this was not expected by taani in her weirdest dreams that after a passionate dance with him he would ask question about theorems!!! This was so very weird!!
"huh?? Theorems?? Are you serious rey??" she was bewildered.
"yeah.. the theorems you wrote in your diary and then trashed them here in frustration. I hope I have helped you a lot… haven't I?" and he gave million dollar smile.
She was awestruck and flabbergasted for a moment and then could not stop but blush..
"so.. umm.. you.. you knew it" she tried to find words.
"I knew what?" he naughtily came closer to her and smirked.
Now she was blushing like hell. He further moved closer and huskily spoke in her ear ," so miss taani shekhawat , hence proved that we are in love." And he kissed her on her earlobe.
She was stunned and amazed. She lovingly looked into his eyes came closer and said "I am madly in love with you and I m blessed with you in my life."
He smiled and brushed his nose with hers "you are only mine.. my cutely weird taani.. I just love you so much."
