Filmfare Best Debut was introduced in 1989. Who among these do you think had the worst career after being given hailed as a best performance in first movie.

Note: Sonali Bendre, Mamta Kulkarni enjoyed commercial success (also Twinkle Khanna) but were never hailed as great actresses.

Note: Ayesha Takia did win accolades for her role in Dor but was never able to repeat that feat.

Btw Esha doesnt deserve to be on this list...she was never considered the best...

IMO...Sonali used to be supercute...I do believe she didnt get her due

Esha did get a chance to shine in movies like Ankahee, Yuva,Darling and her debut movie. But, she was just about average in everything--looks, dance, acting and it didn't help that her parents were superstars.

She represents the other side of star kids.

She won Best Debut Award in 2003, I have only included the winners. Agree on the Sonali part, she was my sister's best actress and she was a good actress and an awesome dancer but couldn't really succeed.
