After hearing that Rimjhims engagement will be occuring in 3 days,
Rimjhim and Yashoda rush off to the kitchen in worry. Rimjhim is
shocked and confused. Yashoda tells Rimjhim to stop thinking and
actually do something now!! Rimjhim doesnt know what steps to take
next as Malini has also threatened Rimjhim with Meghas life. Yashoda
tells Rimjhim that once Rimjhim is married off then Malini will be
the one to look after Megha anyway!! and Megha and the whole family
will be at Malini's mercy. Yashoda convinces Rimjhim to tells
Avinash the truth and Rimjhim decides that its high time she did.
Pratik gets a call from Mr Agarwal (Of Agarwal mills). Mr Agarwal
tells Pratik that he has won the legal battle and Mr Agarwal has
agreed to all of Pratiks conditions i.e. the mill workers will get a
pay-rise, new mills, life insurance etc. Pratik is very excited. Mr
Agarwal tells Pratik to thank Kaveri for the win. Mr Agarwal puts
the phone down and then talks with Pratapji (the politician) and
Dayashanker (the union leader). Agarwal tells Pratapji that he has
done what he was told and now they are back at square one. Pratapji
says good and then gives Dayashanker a wad of cash and tells him to
leave town for a while until the bad things that are GOING TO
HAPPEN..blow over. Then Pratapji tells Agarwal that now they must
get Kaveri on their side which wont be too hard as the party
president is in town soon and Kaveri respects the party president
alot. Pratapji and Agarwal give each other evil smiles.
Pratik goes to his bedroom and sees Kaveri there, he thanks her for
doing justice to thet workers and apologizes for misunderstanding
her all the times before. Kaveri tells him that its all ok and she
just wants to start afresh with him. Their in love (aww).
Rimjhim goes to Avinash in the garden. Hes looking alittle mad at
her. Rimjhim tells him that she has something to tell him. She
says ''remember you always wanted to know who kidnapped me from the
hospital and chucked me in the ocean, and who kept us apart for all
these years and who nearly had me killed again...well its none other
then MALINI''. Avinash is shocked. Yashoda comes along and
reinforces Rimjhim, they both tell Avinash that everythings Malini's
fault. They say that they didnt have proof before and also they were
helpless to do anything but now they will show him proof by taking
him to the police station.
Maharaj comes along asking Kaveri if he should cook Kaveri's
favourite food as shes home today. Kaveri and Pratik say that they
are going out to dinner instead. Maharaj is excited to hear they are
going out together. Kaveri tells Pratik that she will quit the
government job soon. Pratik tells her that shes been given alot of
power and she should use it to do good things instead. Kaveri is
indifferent. Kaveri gets a call from Pratapji and she doesnt speak
much to him. Then she tells Pratik that the party president is
coming. Pratik tells her to tell the party president about the mill
matter. Kaveri doesnt want to even meet the party president.

all go into the main office but the main police Inspector Girish
isnt in and has gone on holiday for a week or two. Rimjhim tells the
police inspector filling in for Inspector Girish that she wants to
see the complaint file that she lodged against Malini Sharma. The
other police saab goes to get it but he cant find it. The police
Inspector apologizes and they leave it at that. Yashoda and Rimjhim
are shocked. Avinash, Rimjhim and Yashoda go outside, where Rimjhim
and Yashoda still try to convince Avinash that they are telling the
truth! but Avinash accuses Rimjhim of lying and making it all up.
Avinash tells her that he knows that she likes Prem, so why is she
trying to ruin his life! Rimjhim is shocked. Then Avinash accuses
Yashoda of putting Rimjhim upto all this. Avinash leaves. Rimjhim is
depressed and Yashoda is clueless as to what to do next. Rimjhim
phones Sameer. Sameer is excited to talk to her again. She
apologizes for not calling him for such a long time. Then she says
theres a big problem and she needs to talk to Inspector Girish.
Sameer says that he and Inspector Girish are good friends so he will
track Inspector Girish down.
Malini makes general chit chat with Prem telling him that he must be
excited to marry Rimjhim, he says hes nervous. Then she tells him
that its appropratite that he leave now, so as to prepare for the
engagement with his parents. He agrees and leaves. Malini thinks to
herself ''now he cant see her until the engagement is
over...PERFECT''
