In Chennai Express the name of Deepika Padukone will be coming before Shah Rukh Khan in the credits.
'I would like to request to all that name of Heroines should appear first while giving credits, We would start this with Chennai Express
With mark of 100 Years of Bollywood & Women's Day, It would be a nice combination. In Chennai Express, Deepika's name will appear first.
I know giving credit first wont make huge difference but maybe change in mindset will occur. I'm looking to make a point.
I wont make women centric films just for heck of it. In all my films I would assure heroines get enough role importance' - SRK
