How many times can we comment on TB article?

We got an TB article Rakesh Kukreti's birthday. I know that we can comment 3 times on TB articles. When I went to comment the third time, I got the following message

Dear User, In order to control the spam on our server and to ensure that all members comments gets equal chance to be viewed by the actors we have limited the number of comments to 2.

it happens with me too especially that we are overloaded with commenting on profiles, three articles and the vids but just kep trying every after an hour..it will eventually accept the comment😉

Thanks Enid for the help. I am trying after every few minutes. 😊. But still the same reply. 😕. But I won't give up, till I utilize my third comment. 😆
