36 because there is a pattern here in my opinion.
I see it like this:

11*11=4 :-
(1+1) x (1+1) = 4 or 2x2=4

22*22=16 :-
(2+2) x (2+2) = 16 or 4x4=16

So, this makes 33*3:
(3+3) x (3+3) = 36 or 6x6=36

Hope I'm right 😆
