I wonder who the target audience for the new show is supposed to be. Might explain their angle on the concept.

it can be teenagers and young adults too has varun and sanaya have an established fanbase in this age group
and as it is how a daughter in law changes a household maybe...along the lines of newly married couples and i am not sure about older generation though
