CHAPTER 16
As RK slowly turned around to face Madhu , his heart thumping in his mouth ...
Madhu ran and hugged him tight .. She hugged him so hard , that it took 2 mins for RK to realise what just happened , Madhu was crying so badly that her whole body was shaking , RK was numb . She didn't leave him , instead she hugged him ... She's not Tamy , she believed him .
RK wrapped his arms around her , as he broke into tears . Madhu clutched more closer to him , making his shirt completely wet wid her tears . After 10mins of crying in each other's arms . Madhu broke the hug .. Her eyes were completely red , and swollen . She cupped RK's face and wiped his dried up tears .
'I'm sorry RK . I'm really sorry ' she stammered
'Don't be sorry Madhu . I've come a long way wid it '
'No RK ! I'm sorry that I forced u to tell me , that I went behind ur back to know about ur past . I'm sorry RK . ' She started crying even more
'Its okay baby ' RK spoke comforting her
'I could never imagine that ur standing infront of me so strong , even after such a past . My heart pains RK . Its so painful . Why RK ? Why wid u ? Why why why ? ' She almost fell on her knees crying .
She loved him so much , she couldn't imagine him going through this torture every second in his life . How those cold dark memories are not leaving him.
RK went on his knees and sat next to Madhu .
'I promise I'll never leave u RK ! I promise to love u till my last breath .'
RK pulled Madhu into a tight tight tight hug . . As he realized how much she loves , how badly she's in love wid him . In love wid a man like him , whose dark past is always following him. RK's heart was sinking seeing his Madhu cry for him so much . For the first time in years he felt loved , he felt as if someone cares for him , as if someone loves the real him, the real Rishabh behind RK .
His whole life flashbacked before him , how his dad left him , how his mom didn't have time for him , how he suffered tht dark past , how tamy left him . And finally Madhu , who just loved him no matter what , even after knowing his dark past , after which anyone else could have left him . But here stood Madhu crying for him , crying for the fact tht he went through so much . Her love was pure , so pure that it melted everything inside him.
that moment he realised he loves her . he loved her all this while but wasnt sure whether she would accept him after his past or not. but today she did and now he was sure.
'I LOVE YOU MADHU ' he spoke softly near her ear for the first time.
'I love u Madhu ' he repeated
Madhu's world stood still hearing those words from RK for the first time. She shot up and looked into his eyes , her heart had lost its beat
He brushed her cheeks as he said again
'I love u '
Madhu was statued as her eyes were held captive by his . She couldn't believe RK finally said those 3 words to her tht she had been waiting for ever since she met him.
'RK...'
Ssshhh he put a finger on her lips. As he cupped her face and softly kissed her tears .
' Madhu ...I'm glad I went through all this , becoz somewhr deep down hadn't I gone through all this maybe I wouldn't have met u . Maybe I would have never got a chance to be loved by u . I'm glad I went through all this coz it made me meet u . It made me realize ur my destiny . . I love u Madhu ' RK spoke looking right into her eyes
'U deserve Love RK , much more than I've given u . And I promise I'll give u more n more love each passing second. U deserve happiness ' madhu replied
'For me Happiness is u Madhu '
'I love u RK ! I love u' as those Words escaped Madhu's lips , RK placed his lips on hers.
He pulled her onto his lap and kissed her like he's kissing her for the last time. A kiss soo deep , a kiss so passionate and a kiss so tender , a kiss of a lifetime. Madhu clutched to his shirt tighter as RK pulled her more closer .
When suddenly they heard a knock at the door.
They both got up startled , RK went to the washroom ,as Madhu straightened herself to open the door
She calmed herself down as she opened the door
'What the hell Madhu ? Why it took u so much time to open the door ? 'Yelled Trishna
'Sorry Trish ! I crashed was too tired . ' Madhu flushed
'Its cool ! Anyways I cme to see why is ur light still on and tht too the bright light wich u hate? '
Madhu got nervous
' Wo actually I was so tired that I didn't realise when I crashed .'
'Hmmm! Okay cool then Gunite ' trishna hugged Madhu and left .
Madhu closed the door and immediately turned on the dim lights.
RK came out ' what happned ?'
'Nothing it was Trish , she was wondering why are my bright lights on ' she spoke taking out her night dress from the cupboard.
U wait , I'll just change and come.
Madhu went inside to change .
she came out tying the robe of the satin gown that covered her nightdress.
She looked around the room and couldn't see RK anywhr
'RK?' She softly spoke
No reply
'RK?' She spoke a little louder
No response
She began worrying ,' has he left?' Her face grew sad.
and suddenly a pair of hands snaked around her waist from behind.
only RK's touch made her heartbeat race
'RK' she spoke closing her eyes
'ur RK' he said huskily in her ear , softly licking her earlobe
'i thought u left '
'im never going to leave u . ur imprisoned wid me for the rest of ur life ' he spoke kissing the back of her ear
for the first time , RK's touch reflected his love .
for the first time , Madhu was more nervous than excited as she was about to experience his love
she tilted her head to the side , her lips almost brushing RK's
'i love u' she spoke against his lips
'i love u too ' he replied
his hands slowly untying the satin robe that covered her nightdress
