Conscious move to replace

I think replacing Anandi was a conscious move by the makers of BV. Off late viewers were bashing Jagya and Ganga.they couldn't accept them to together as whenever they saw Jagya they were reminded of the time he abandoned Anandi for Gauri even though Anandi is married to Shiv. Now with a new face of Anandi people will not be able to relate to her and Jagya's past easily. Thus Jagdish has been completely redeemed and Ganga will be readily accepted as the new Balika Vadhu.

agreed with you...Prats did a great and unforgivable job but now we did need a change...its just our attachment to her that is making us feeling low about her leaving...even i did...but if you see if balika vahdu would have started jsut now with Anandi's present bio-data without having any biased views then u will never be able to accept Prats because Anandi is 26 yr old Sarpanch and Prats still looked like 21/22 yr old Anandi...whenever she used to talk to Jagya with smile i used to feel irritated and feel that maybe she still likes Jagya romantically or else why is she being so kind to him...i was not able to disaasociate Anandi with Jagya and hence their innocent friendh ship used to irritate me as it made me feel that Anandi has again disconnected with Shiv

thts the whole point chemistry is missing...now ansh r typical middle aged boring couple solving probs...wats the big seal in tht...tht spark tht screen scorching magic is gone

Then again petite Anandi did not match Shiv's personality though they had a good chemistry. Now the new Anandi is tall and should match Shiv's personality.if the story has to move forward with her being a strong Sarpanch /MLA and mother of Shiv's kids it needs a mature person rather than a petite kid.

Agreed the child like innocence of Anandi will be missed, but we are definately going to see a change in the story with Shiv also getting his importance .the new Anandi also has expressive eyes and beautiful smile which was the USP of the old Anandi .Director Pradeep Yadav will create magic again ,let us have faith.

My only grouse against the makers is that they could have done the replacement with grace befitting the stature of their serial instead of washing dirty linen in public.

@bold - For heaven sake stop commenting on Pratyusha's physical characteristic.Are u trying to tell me a petite girl cannot look like a mother to kids and a strong MLA.Do u even know how stupid that sounds.Have u ever heard abt Rosa Sparks(an African activist who fought against in discrimination against color) and Ms Yulia (the first female president of ukraine) or Mother teresa.They all worked for the society and their "petite stature" had nothing to do with their grandeur and work.So pls stop making such illogical reasonings.

Everyone knows how to cope up with their emotions and will decide for themselves.Its the channel,PH and Miss Toral Rasputra who needs to worry not us.After all its they who have taken the challenge to replace Anandi.We are waiting to be impressed.
