i didnt read but browsing in other i go information he praised sanaya thats but barun is,...? sorry not from u LMji ... u r not a judge

information i got just copying and pasting

the usual I, me, myself, he said, for ASR, they used many camera angles, lighting & in the early days, they worked hard & had the vision how he will cry etc. etc.

Barun used to sit till he comes & explains but SI was very hard-working, more than Barun, & used to prepare from home & come. She used to have diff POV frm director & he used to convince her & bring her to his POV & later she got used to his POVs

In short, Barun did nothing for ASR except mug his lines & say on camera

Few interesting things to note from the interview...Baruns right profile was his best angle ...also the fact that in the initial episodes lot of attention was given to the lighting and camera placement, which was missing in the ending episodes...
Smile

Most interviews tend to be me, myself and I...to me that's the whole point of the interview, to get that particular person's views. If I want someone else's views I'll read their interview.
IPK was ASR's story so naturally the team's focus was on that character. In the beginning it would make sense for Barun to listen so he could understand better how the creatives perceived ASR. Not having read the article I can't say if LM was actually saying that Barun didn't work hard or that is a perception. In the first interview LM praised Sanaya's work ethic without mentioning Barun and that was perceived by many as him insulting Barun.
Khushi's character was not well defined or different from any other small town girl character and it was Sanaya who made it different. Sanaya even in her interview said she worked really hard in preparing especially as language was an issue...she actually had more to prove because no one apart from Gul had wanted her for the role...thank God for Gul!
If LM feels that Sanaya was more hard working (did he actually say those words?) then that's his opinion, perhaps there was no need to voice it but he's entitled to it...after all he was there not the people who are bashing him.
My basic question though is that had LM praised Barun instead of Sanaya or had Arshad praised Sanaya only then would the equation be what it is today regarding the directors. People keep saying that LM took credit for Arshad's work...which of Arshad's scenes did LM claim as his own? If Arshad had not been asked a direct question about how the directors interacted then perhaps he wouldn't have mentioned LM either, I don't remember him going out of his way to praise anyone else including LM, SI or BS.
Disclaimer - when it comes to directors I'm totally neutral and think they both did an excellent job. Arshad rocked the high profile scenes while Lalit managed to keep us glued to even the most mundane scenes.
Thanks for the highlights...wish I'd read it though

I think it's removed becoz of some pankis
He said some great words for sanaya and
Called her intelligent actor:)
He said barun would get tired easily
& it took more effort for arnav.
Now we know the reason why arnav looked so
Good in the start & so pathetic at end
Lot of camera work to make arnav look
Good
