rk smirked ahaan but as praise to madhu .when madhu was talking about ghoda gadhi,rk was little surprised because for him madhu is junglee billi aur sherni then where these horse and ass came,then madhu cleared telling ask the vamp the vampire.when madhu did bbb rk had smile slightly on his face,he didn't get irritated or got angry on madhu.
no duobt rishbala made for each other.

I disagree, his laughter was not for praise MB. He cant tolerate that she is becoming strong day by day. He is laughing becoz , he knows what will be his next action to let her down.
