'Saathiya' tops Friday night ratings in UK
Star Plus's drama 'Saathiya' was easily the most watched Asian show in the UK last night pulling in over 210,000 viewers in the 19:00 slot. According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, the drama got an average 214,300 viewers tuning in – peaking at 250,500. The recent storyline surrounding Rashi and baby Vansh has got viewers gripped and has made it the most watched UK Asian show over the last couple of days. In second place was 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' with 174,600 at 21:00, followed by 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' with 157,400 and 'Pyar Ka Dard Hai' next with 143,800 viewers. The others in the pecking order were 'Veera' (134,200), the penultimatet episode of 'Yeh Khamoshiyan' attracted just 130,200 viewers, followed by 'Kaali Ek PunarAvtar' (119,300) and 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' with 95,700 viewers.
