The episode starts off at HH. Dr. Sonawala is there, they discuss Savitri being a fraud. Dr. Sonawala tells the family that they at most have 3 days to do the operation. After trying a lot of samples they prepared this embryo, and it will only be able to stay alive for 2 more days. If they go for a new surrogate mother, all the tests will have to be done and there will not be so much time. He says we need someone whose tests match Savitri's. Bhoomi runs to her room crying. Shefali follows her.
Bhoomi tells Shefali that now there is no way for her Krishna to be born, Shefali tells her that they cannot trust another lady, and shows Bhoomi the newspaper saying the Savitri issue has caused so much stir and a bad name to the family. Bhoomi tells Shefali that now my Krishna will never come to this house. Shefali says yes your Krishna will come and I will bring your Krishna. Shefali tells Bhoomi that if you give the permission, I will be the surrogate mother of your child. Shefali tells her that I cant see u sad and in pain, and if you want your Krishna can come into this house, and for you I will fight with the family members as well. Shefali tells her that after her mis-carriage all her tests were done, and suggests that the two of them go to Dr. Sonawala without informing the family and first discuss things with him. Bhoomi is touched and tells her that she is doing so much. Shefali tells her because she is her sister.
Shefali comes to her room, very happy and pleased and says that now I will give this house an heir. Arjuns child will be in my womb. She calls Dr. Gyatri and asks if her reports are ready. Dr. Gyatri says yes they are all ready. Shefali asks her to meet her and Bhoomi at Dr. Sonawalas. She then thinks that now only one person can stop her and that is Yuv and she will take care of Yuv.
At Dr. Sonawalas office, he checks Shefali's reports and is surprised at the coincidence and similarity with Savitri's reports. He asks Bhoomi for her reports. When Bhoomi takes out the reports from the purse other papers also fall on the Dr's. desk, among which is the note from Reshma. Shefali puts all those paper in order and gives them to Bhoomi to put back in her purse. After going through all the reports Dr. Sonawala says that Shefali that she can be a surrogate mother, but they need the permission of the whole family, he will not do the operation without the family permission.
Bhoomi goes with Shefali to look at the embryo, and Shefali looks at it and thinks that this is Bhoomi's and Arjun's kid, but I will keep it with me, it will be your (Bhoomi's) loss and my win. It will be your (Bhoomi's) kid but will call me mother (maa).
At the HH, Mansen says no to Shefali being a surrogate mother. Bhoomi and Shefali try to convince the family. Bade Dadaji says that Yuv should agree, Mansen says that he agrees with Bade Dadaji that Yuv should agree and Yuv will never agree to this.
Bhoomi and Arjun in their room, Bhoomi talks to Arjun and tries to convince him for Shefali being the surrogate mother otherwise her Krishna would die, but Arjun explains to her that they cannot go ahead without Yuv's permission. Shefali also comes there and tries to convince Arjun but he is insistent that Yuv should agree, otherwise it would create conflict and tension between Shefali's and Yuv relationship.
Mamaji is against this and telling Mansen and Gunvanti that Shefali is supporting them a lot. Gunvanti says Shefali is not wrong in supporting Arjun and Bhoomi. Mamaji asks Mansen to call Yuv immediately and ask him his decision. Mansen calls Yuv and explains everything, and asks him his decision on Shefali being the surrogate mother. Yuv gets angry and shouts that he will not let Shefali be the surrogate mother Arjun and Bhoomi's child.
Bhoomi is in her room thinking, when LK comes, he tells her to look in her purse and be very careful. LK tells her that he cant do anything, what is to happen will happen. Ghanu Kaka comes to tell her that Baisa is calling her.
Bhoomi goes downstairs, everyone is gathered in the hall. Mansen informs them that he spoke to Yuv and wants to convey Yuv's decision to them, when Mamaji tells him that why don't you let Yuv tells them himself.
Mansen calls Yuv, call is on the speaker, everyone can hear. Mansen tells him that they had told him earlier about IVF and the issue of surrogate mother and Shefali, so they want to know his decision.
Yuv says that I agree with Shefali's decision.

Bhoomi tells Shefali that she saved her Krishna and you will be my childs Yashoda Maa. Shefali tells Bhoomi that from the very beginning she had decided that she will be the surrogate mother of her kid. Bhoomi is surprised to hear this.
