Thats a good assumption kev, at first i suspected her but after i saw that convo she had with Lovely i realise that Dhwani is truly under the misconception that its Utkarsh who attacked her.

Maybe she thinks he is the only one that gave her attention and on top of that he lied to her abt being married etc, so when she was attacked she just automatically thinks its utkarsh.

But its all the master plan of Mr. Radhe who secretly connives all these devious plans

while it can be true that she is misconcepted that its Utkarsh, im thinking that her coming to the neighbourhood is a mystery by it self which might soon unfold

yeah a lot is certainly going on, with the mystery man, Utkarsh's arrest, the unmentionable drama and distance within the family, but all f these events are related through one person "The Mystery man" i guess once he is exposed eevrything will be crystal clear
