She was also a new comer once. Everyone was a new comer once. If all actors and actresses turned into snotty assholes who screw up their nose at the thought of new comers how would we find fresh talent? Yes, she is taking risks. Yes, some of these films may flop. Yes, some of the new comers are not up to par with her caliber. But I admire and respect her for taking on these risks and chances. At least Bollywood success has not made her a snob and a bitch. Here's to hoping she stays that way and keeps experimenting. Sometimes these unexpected good movies are the best.

Let me answer. Imran Khan was considered one of the best young stars so far. If you see there wasnt much of choice among the below 30 stars till mid of 2012. There is Ranbir but he cant do every film. The alternative was Imran. But after Ayushman, Arjun, Varun and Sid's debuts in the second half of last year film-makers have some more options eventhough these guys as not as established as Imran.
I had good fun on twitter when the CEO of a media research firm retweeted my comments on Imran's lack of BO power after Matru's debacle. His followers are people like Ekta Kapoor, KJo who have several films coming up with Imran. The reactions were quiet something ranging from denials to...no he's the best blah blah blah. But in reality all of them were pretty nervous.
Anyways why are you worried. I am sure KJo has few more films lined up for Sid.

Everyone is a newcomer at a point, it doesnt mean that he/she is newcomer that no one will work with them - like comone... Even HR, SRK, SK, AK, PC, KKK - everyone were a newcomer at a point!
